The government SLIM-down just taught Obama that he can raise the debt ceiling alone if he simply threatens default through the media and refuses negotiation with "terrorist" Republicans.

If there was no stopping him before, there certainly isn't now ... Unless we begin enforcing the Constitution.

Definitely, there is no 'hammer' and the facts on the ground are that Obama and the liberal media is hiding the truth about falling off the cliff soon from the fool Americans. Undoubtedly, the shutdown of the government when there was less than 30 billion dollars left in the US treasury coffers means that America is running like express train towards the cliff led by Obama and his liberal corrupt Democrat hordes who believe that bankrupting America will help them transform America to the welfare country of the poor and sick of the world. However, GOP led Congress stood up for the first time to Obama and demanded changes to the failed Obama health scam that aimed at destroying the GOP and give the rule over the House to the Democrats. Similarly, Obama is pushing forward the open the border to the foreign illegal invader poor and sick that will come in tens of millions to get free Obama care in return for their vote for the Democrats and destroying the GOP. Ted Cruz stood up as a great American leader who talked to the American people during more than 21 hours to warn them of the Obama care disaster that will strip their money and leave them with no medical treatment because doctors will be busy treating more than 30 million foreign illegal invader sick and they will leave our elderly and sick Americans who paid for Medicare all their life with death panels and with no doctors and hospitals available for them…sorry. After the shutdown of 16 days, Obama’s government of liberal zealous henchmen of the IRS, NSA and EPA returned to work on transformation of America to welfare country of the sick and poor but the GOP Congress and Senators such as Ted Cruz, Mike Lee , Rand Paul, Marco Rubio and Speaker Boehner know that they have another chance before January 2014 to wake up the American people to stand up to the Obama regime and stop the train wreck Obamacare that destroy America and the liberty, freedom and health of each and every American.

Liberal media? FALLACY

Bankrupting America? FALLACY

This is all nonsense based upon economic ignorance.

1. Our economic systems are based upon a belief in supply and demand.

2. Not one economic system in the entire world is based upon anything tangible or stable.

3. All economic systems function on emotion which leads to bubbles bursting.

Until the underlying issues are addressed, nothing will change.

So where does the settlement leave us?

1. Economics is based upon supply and demand due to commonly held beliefs today.

2. Real economics are based upon finite resources and human needs.

3. The economics of supply and demand are driven by emotion. What this means is that a stop gap solution will only drive the dollar down in value meaning everything we buy will cost more. Energy will cost more. The Republican temper tantrum will fuel inflation more than anything else. This will result in stagflation.

Looks like they dropped the hammer on their foot.

More libtard crapola. Libards don't have a brain to think with. They think that anti-American is doing a great job. Have to admit, he is doing a great job, a great job of ruining this great country. We need a change and we need that change now! We are already almost there, being a third world country. The dictator has spent almost all of our monies on his middle eastern family and friends. Heck, he has already brought thousands upon thousands over here to live off our land of the free. He and his mate have spent millions upon millions on their private expensive vacations, clothes, and parties for their people in OUR WH. Our WH of which OUR American people are not allowed in now. He spends allot of time on the golf course. More of OUR money spent. Our American's are being pushed out of their homes and jobs. Our economy has never been this bad from any of our past president's. Only brainwashed dimwits and illegals think this guy is the first coming of Christ. Sorry folks, this is about the end of our country, as we have known it, by a muslim who is not the least bit interested in us or our country. I will always be proud of my country. But I am not proud of the job this administration is doing.

Presidents are the leaders of their Party. As such, the Liberals in Congress follow the Magic Negro's lead.

On Monday, The New York Times reported that eleven counties in Colorado are promoting efforts to secede from their state government. Of course, men like Governor Rick Perry of Texas have gone further and threatened secession from the federal government. It is not much noticed that parts of the country act as if they had already seceded from the union. They do not recognize laws and Supreme Court decisions, or constitutional guarantees of free speech. For instance seventeen states have violated the First Amendment by preventing or hindering the work of “navigators”—organizations and businesses funded by the federal government to educate people on ways to follow the rules of the Affordable Care Act.
The people behind these efforts are imitating what the Confederate States did even before they formally seceded in 1861. Already they ran a parallel government, in which the laws of the national government were blatantly disregarded. They denied the right of abolitionists to voice their arguments, killing or riding out of town over three hundred of them in the years before the Civil War. They confiscated or destroyed abolitionist tracts sent to Southern states by United States mail. In the United States Congress, they instituted “gag rules” that automatically tabled (excluded from discussion) anti-slavery petitions, in flagrant abuse of the First Amendment’s right of petition.
The Southern states were able to live in such open disregard for national law because of two things. First, the states were disproportionately represented in Congress because they got three extra votes for seats in the House of Representatives for every five slaves owned in the state—giving them 98 seats instead of 73 in 1833, and similar margins up to the war. Second, the national Democratic-Republican Party needed the Southern part of its coalition so badly that it colluded with the Southern states’ violations of the Constitution. In 1835, for instance, President Andrew Jackson did not enforce the sacredness of the US mail, allowing states to refuse delivery of anti-slave mailings unless a recipient revealed his identity, requested delivery, and had his name published for vilification.
Just as the Old South compelled the national party to shelter its extremism, today’s Tea Party leaders make Republicans toe their line. Most Republicans do not think laws invalid because the president is a foreign-born Muslim with a socialist agenda. But they do not renounce, or even criticize, their partners who think that. The rare Republican who dares criticize a Rush Limbaugh is quickly made to repent and apologize. John Boehner holds the nation hostage because the Tea Party holds him hostage. The problem with modern Republicans is not fanaticism in the few but cowardice in the many, who let their fellows live in virtual secession from laws they disagree with.
Republican leaders in Congress are too cowardly to say that the voting restrictions being enacted by Republican-controlled state legislatures are racially motivated. They accept the blatant lie that they are aimed only at non-existent “fraud.” They will not crack the open code by which their partners claim to object to Obama because he is a “foreign-born Muslim” when they really mean “a black man.” They will not admit that the many procedural laws adopted to prevent abortion are in violation of the law as defined by the Supreme Court. They go along with the pretence that all the new rules are “for women’s health.” De facto acts of secession are given a pseudo-legal cover.
