wonder if the surviving family members of the 48,000 killed by illegals can file a class action lawsuit against the federal government for gross negligence? perhaps sue for enough to pay for the fence.

Bob, I too have wondered if those with family members harmed or killed by illegals could file class action law suits. Naming names, those who publically speak out welcoming illegals, the Bishops by name, the sanctuary cities, how about gross negligence, Accessary to Felony of _____? Bob, where are the attorneys to represent the real victims? Have you wondered that as well? There should be some big money for the attorneys if patriotic concern did not bring them forward.

The only attorneys I know of are Judicial Watch. They have a website with contact numbers. There are other Constitutional attorneys, but I don't know who they are. I believe, the only way we're going to win this thing is by suing as much as the other side.

What a smart connection you have made Tickedoffchick. I hope those families do get in touch with them.

There are lots of Mexicans on the other side that are looking for work, have them build the fence at ten dollars an hour as long as they stay on the south side of the fence.

Thanks! I think Carl Rove should be arrested and prosecuted for treason, along with the rest of the Bush administration and most of Congress.

I think we need to secure our borders first.
We need to be as aggressive with this, as Mexico would be with us if we were moving into thier country. We Americans have alot at stake here. It will take but one person to come across that border, that will change our lives forever. Secure the border with a wall.

Theodore Roosevelt once said
" In the first place,we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on the excat equality with everyone elese, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace,or origin. But this is a predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an american, but something elese also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one Flag, American Flag...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language....ans we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people"

Theodore Rooseevelt 1907

If they want to be Americans let them do it like everyone eles. All of these 12 million .since this has heated up..how many went and became legal?

Go to the top of this page on the right hand side you will see, in blue, Back Immigration Deal. It is a poll, important, has such questions as would you vote for Kennedy if he backs this bill, and another is vote for McCain, etc. Maybe those running for election will take notice and realize if they want our votes they'll do what the voters want and not what Bush wants!
