Denied at Drive Thru, Woman Brings Horse Inside McDonald’s
http://newsfeed.time.com/2013/07/22/denied-at...
That’s when things got ugly. Denied at the drive-thru, the woman led her horse inside the restaurant, where the animal promptly defecated on the floor. The staff called the police, and the woman was fined, as the Mirror News reports.

I don't see that all. "My relationship with Jesus Christ" is what she stated.
Oh, c'mon. God and Jesus say a lot of things. How many cakes has she made for couples that have divorced? How many of the cakes have gone to people that practice faiths she'd view as pagan, or people that don't honor the Sabbath, or people that are atheists, or people that engage in prem-marital sex? This is pure ego.

Yep......people put their businesses under an LLC just to limit their "LIABILITY".......an d it has nothing to do with how the PUBLIC business can be sued for violating laws!!!

I do appreciate your posts....thank you:-)

Even the new pope says he won´t judge homosexuality.
Maybe Putin is right, and homosexuals just have an
overriding wish to not be subjected to the law of
duality:One of the fundamental laws of life, and that thus speaking, homosexulity is just spiritual
fraud. If one is incapable of judging , this may be
due to sexual and emotional immaturity. Maybe the
pope didn´t hav enough sexual experiences-or maybe
he is gay befoe the lord.
A lot of people will think: O.k., so homosexuals even get in- why not me?
I see this as a gesture from Obama designed to
demonstrate how magnanimous his admininstration is.
As a matter of fact, doubts remain as to if homose-
xual marriage is the same as a normal marriage.
The only other thing I´ll remark is:
It isn´t ans normsal immigrants fault that they weren´t born in the U.S.- and if questions of environment are to be considered. how about the fact that the U.S. isobliged to let some of the world´s 7 bill. population immigrate because of the
world population-sucker? Does that make logical sense or not? I believe that it does!

"Special rights" ... you mean like that tax exemption of churches? That's a special right. Allowing someone to participate in a legal contract is not a "special right," it's simply removing a ban.
Gays can "participate in a legal contract" now, they have always married under the same laws as everyone else. I cite Oscar Wilde and Meredith Baxter for two examples.

Special rights; like rewriting marriage law for everyone.

BTW, Churches provide for the social welfare, not profit. Like a 501(c)(3).

It has nothing do with climbing up on the cross it has only to do with someone's personal rights.

That LL is important in federal business law.

The article cited above says: "Ingersoll and Flood had done business with the flower shop several times", so A.o.C. is wrong writing "who refused to sell to gays". She refused to service a same sex wedding, the issue is marriage law, not homosexuality.

And you assert that this would exempt the business from New Mexico's Human Rights Act, why?

Could it be that you argue minutiae, because you lack the ability to address the true legal issue?

They have already managed to lose in three courts, and they will continue to lose. As in the case in Washington state, they broke the law.

Wow, just ... wow. So you are now asserting that no one marries who they love. Also, churches take in that "tithing" as profit, non-profits run by churches are funded mostly by the state.

Is the states definition of Human Rights Act, which identifies orientation as a protected class constitutional? This is the question I'd like the courts to address. I do not agree with what the photographer did and do believe her particular case will be more difficult to win based on her assertion of Free Exercise Clause because her company has shares. I believe gays deserve protected class status however that is up to the federal courts to decide not the states. Actually they have lost twice on the circuit level, which is the same court that made the original ruling and the court of appeals.
