Sure it does Senator, it gives or sells our American citizenship to 11 million illegal aliens that broke our Immigration Laws to get here!

It's sad when some politicians and segments of our population want to degrade our American Citizenship to the point where it has no value or meaning.

The Obama Justice Dept. under A/G Holder has sued Catholic hospitals to force them to cover contraception for their employees. This violates the Religion Clause of the First Amendment.
That is your personal example of a right that has been taken away from you?

Three things to keep in mind here:

1. Nobody's rights were "violated". Somebody disagreed with something and filed a suit. That is the definition of a "right".

2. Nobody sued any Catholic hospitals. The hospitals sued Obama. That's a bit different isn't it? Of course it is another shining example of their "rights" being intact.

3. An agreement was reached and the hospitals do not have to provide contraception for their employees.

You are quite the cut-up, but that does not change the fact that you have not provided one single example of a right that has been taken away. Turn off the radio sometime and come out of the bubble. The world is a lot different then you imagine it.
Moving on. He is doing his best to deprive people of their second amendment right. When Holder refused to prosecute the Panthers who were intimidating an elderly white couple in front of polls in Philly, a retired civil rights lawyer said he had never seen a more egregious violation of voting rights in his life. Holder allegedly replied "we don't prosecute Blacks". Obama's push for amnesty discriminates against Americans, especially the lesser educated lower and middle classes, a possible violation of the 14th ammendments equal protection clause. By throwing the full power of the Democratic party behind the plantation owners in this amnesty debacle, he is making a statement that he doesn't think much of the 13th amendment either. He doesn't care if working Americans are being driven into poverty as long as it doesn't affect him or his posse, er party.

this clueless persona, never makes any sense. It is possible this persona is black and a staunch MEEK follower in which case explains his idolization and worship of his messiah "o"....however many patriotic black citizens are rethinking things out and see this negative, un-American dictator and all the damage he has done & continues trying to ruin whats left of our beautiful free country. God Bless the USA!

It is remarkable that nobody can name a right that they no longer have since the black guy took office. You list a bunch of irrelevant nonsense you heard about on a Saudi owned television station, but surprise surprise not a single example of a right that you have lost. I am getting the feeling that you do not even know what the term "right" means.

Step out of the bubble and try to learn about the real world.

Why do you call Senior Obama "that Black guy"? Are you some kind of racist? Lets not forgot how he destroyed my right to expect a representative government. He also deprived me of my right to have an American president. Happy day, happy day, happy day. They defunded that anti American Obamacare disaster.

You are just silly. Try to get hold of an elementary school text book and research what the word "right" means.

You give me too much credit, dog. I'm still using picture books. Anyway right means a lot of things. It means correct, as in what you generally are not. It is a wing of politics which is preferable to the left, or slacker wing. Actually, they both suck. It is where quite a few of my tee shots end up. And finally, it is the concept that we have certain things that we are entitled to do without interference from our government. Rights are supposed to protect the people from government tyranny. Today, we definitely have many forms of government tyranny that have been started, continued or expanded by your hero. This government is not accountable Mr. Turner.

Cutting through the babel you can not find a single right that has been taken away.

This is the downside to living in a democracy that many people of the right suddenly have a problem with. Sometimes the guy you voted for does not win. That does not mean that your rights have been take away. In fact the very notion that there was an election affirms your rights. I haven't voted for a winning presidential candidate since Clinton ran in 1996. That's the breaks.

Obama’s health care law will mandate that religious hospitals, charities, and schools abandon the tenets of their faiths and provide their employees insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, contraception and sterilization. 1st amendment...religious liberty. Some religious groups simply don't agree with abortions and shouldn't be forced to provide it. That violates the religious groups' right. How about forcing people to buy health inusrance, or be fined? That violates their right to choose.
