The "poster child" in this story has been living here illegally for 33 years and has business that he built illegally. Why was he given a one year stay, not been charged with operating a corrupt organization and had his business and assets confiscated by the government like any American criminal? This guy is the perfect example of an illegal alien who is getting away with living a life of crime at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer and because he is an illegal alien he is given a pass on his crimes.
