Why do gay people get special treatment? Being gay shouldnt matter one way or the other. They are NOT HERE LEGALY, THEY NEED TO GO HOME...PERIOD.
.
The GAY CARD shoulnt be tolerated any more than the race card!
No. It's the "marriage card", and straight couples already play it.

Gay couples need to be given the SAME consideration that ANY married straight couple would with regard to immigration law. Not "special".

Period.

If you feel that there is something unfair about not requiring that the gay couple be married to receive that marital consideration, then demand that gay couples be allowed to legally marry. That would sort out the posers. Until then, this is the most equitable solution.

You can't have it both ways, placing ONLY gay couples into an immigration catch 22.

Either allow gay folks to marry, or stop taking marriage into consideration with heterosexual couples when it comes to immigration law.

Better hope that sharia law doesn't take prescedence over our constitution. The penalty for being gay is death and strictly enforced.

Conservatives will NEVER let that happen. In fact, I think the Muslims want to convert only liberal regressives and take them back home with them to the Middle East. Not a bad idea the more ya think about it.

Confusion Surrounds Afghan Gunbattle that Killed 2 Americans, 3 Afghans

Also Sunday, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said insider attacks “do not diminish in any way the commitment” of the United States and its allies to train Afghan security forces to take security control of their country and allow coalition troops to leave by the end of 2014.

You have a point... conservatives are busy trying to destroy the 1st amendment so that they can interject their own christian fundamentalism into American government.
