There you go again, now speaking for HIspanics. Where do you get off? Let me give you a clue. If you are NOT legal you can't vote. How can you be so naive and contradict yourself?
Are you now claiming that it wasn't mostly Hispanics demanding some so-called reform aka amnesty then? All the polls show otherwise. Why do you deny the truth?

Where did I say that illegals can vote? I didn't, but Hispanic citizens who can vote were demanding amnesty in exchange for THEIR votes. I never contradicted myself once. You apparently have a reading comprehension problem.

The Democrats do know though if these illegal do become citizens they will vote Democrat. That's just another truth.

Many of those that you hold in contempt have served this country with honor in the military. Many have died and others bear scares resulting from service for the United States of America. At least one died in combat and was nominated for the Medial of Honor. How dare you even suggest they are any less Americans. You are disgusting. Let us hope that you have served the country you claim to represent. Try taking their awards away for service to the USA. May your hate consume you.
I don't hold legal immigrants in comtempt and illegal aliens cannot join the military so WTH are you talking about? I have no problem with legal immigrants serving in our military because they are allowed to.

Hate? Hate for whom? Objection to illegal immigration which is against the law is not hate. WTH is wrong with you?

1. google up: de facto And then dissect it . What does it mean? http://www.wisegeek.com/what-does-de-facto-me...
2. google: what is the official language of the United States? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_the...
3. I didn’t say that more pending knowledge (bien pen dejo) than greener stated something or did I try to point out something he said?. I am merely asking a question since more pending knowledge (bien pen dejo) than greener is telling someone to speaking English because he is in the United States. he is implying that the official language is English. A prudent person would come to the same conclusion as I did. Would you?
4. google: what is the official language of Mexico? Spanish. So it would be in your best interest to learn the Spanish Language if you were to move to Mexico.
5. You say that “Spanish speakers don’t ….” Spanish speakers know there is no official language in the United States and that they are not disrespecting anyone when they speak Spanish.
Monkey brains, I suggest you do a little research before you open your month. If you don’t understand a word look it up.
Just another pro-illegal who cannot debate with the insults. Are you proud of your juvenile behavior?

You just replied to my post where I admitted that English is not the "official" language of the U.S. so why are you posting the above then like I never admitted that? I did however state that English is the de facto national language of this country even congress has admitted that.

I totally agree. If I were to move to Mexico I would learn and speak Spanish but actually Spanish is not the "official" language of Mexico either. However, it is their national de facto language just as English is ours. It's all about respect when one chooses to migrate to a country where they do have a dominant language. It doesn't have to be "official" to show that respect.

Monkey brains? How old are you?....5 years old?

He bought U.S. citizenship papers in Tijuana? That isn't lawfully possible. You cannot "buy" citizenship papers even here in the U.S. "lawfully". I nearly busted a gut laughing at that one.

This isn't about legal immigration it is about illegal immigration which is against the law. What part of that aren't you getting? The U.S. has never been about illegal immigration it is about LEGAL immigration. People have no right to come here in violation of our immigration laws for the American Dream. What part of that aren't you getting either. Don't know the difference between legal and illegal?

I didn't come here for the American Dream. I was born here as most Americans were. Also my ancestors came here legally not illegally!!

I am a little dense, especially in the hip/thigh/buttock area but I don't see what that has to do with anything. You should reserve your contempt for the really outrageous villains like bank robbers, rapists, bail jumpers and sodomoizers. You're entitled to your opinions, of course, but may parents always sang the anthem at ball games, always went to the 4th of July parades and even learned to like hot dogs. So I don't see how they could have been any more American, unless it was dressing up like Betsy Ross or John Paul Jones.
I can tell you are really lacking in a education by the way you post. I repeat, I reserve my contempt for ALL lawbreakers, citizens and foreigners alike. Reading comprehension, much?

Singing the national anthem or eating American food has nothing to do with the fact that they were still illegal aliens here in violation of our immigration laws and were not Americans. That takes citizenship papers!!! Did they use fake or stolen ID's to work? That's a felony. Did they work under the table and evade income taxes? That is also a felony. WTH is wrong with you that you're ok with the criminal acts of your parents?

I'm not a judgmental hypocrite like you and your ilk. The whole bourgeois mentality of your generation reeks of the imperialistic mindset that caused your ancestors to perpetuate genocide against the indigenous people of this land. Your kid always goes the way of tyrants and soon enough you too will be on the ash heap of history. There's not a damn thing you can do about the 14th amendment either, numbnuts. Always amusing to see the children of the lawless losers from other countries explain away the fact that their parents were criminal trash, and attempt to paint them as good Americans, when the fact is that they know nothing of being good or being an American.

They are only presumed to be citizens by the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment I already stated that! Let's try a case in the SC to re-visit the true intent of birthright citizenship and then we'll talk, ok? It will happen mark my word and you aren't going to like the outcome.

Anchor baby amply fits them and is not an insult to the baby but a truthful observation of the parents who think they can anchor themselves onto our country by giving birth on our soil. What makes me better? I was born to CITIZEN parents not illegal aliens.

Ah, the I hate the white man argument based on some long ago past. Knew it would come sooner or later. Don't you all get tired of whining about the past? Hispanics/Mexicans living in this country when the war was won were given the option of remaining here and claiming U.S. citizenship or moving to Mexico and claiming Mexican citizenship. Learn some history, will you? Those people are all dead now so get your head out of the past and bring yourself up to the present that includes internationally recognized borders for every country throughtout the world.

New found love for Hispanics? Where did I say that? I love all my fellow CITIZENS regardless of ethnicity just as long as they respect our laws and don't think they are special or above them. Comprende?

Does that ring a bell? Why do you and some of your ethnic group hate Americans so much that they don't care about the negative impact that illegal immigration has on them? Have you read the Constitution? NO! Have you read 8CFR NO! You are talking out of ignorance, arrogance, and blinded by hate.

You and your type are angered by knowledge of the past. Especially, the truth. The truth hurts. You have a poor grasp of the Law of the Land your arrogantly claim as yours. You leave. We don't want your type. The door is open and lock the door on your way out.

So you don't judge lawbreakers? They are A-ok with you? Really? We have had immigration laws way before my generation so what are you talking about or are you just trying to demonize lawabiding Americans today by going off topic from illegal immigration about other nonsense? Nice try but no cigar. Stick to the topic at hand. There is no one race in the world that are just plain evil collectively.

My ancestors committed no genocide against anyone. They came here well after the conflicts with the so-called native and under U.S. law at the time. But I guess I am just guilty by skin color anyway, right? My ancestors weren't even from the same countries as the first settlers. So you can stuff your generalization that all whites are genocidal maniacs.

Even the so-called natives were not native to this continent/country. They migrated here just like the first Europeans did. They didn't just sprout up out of the ground like corn. This continent/country was a wide open frontier with no immigration laws or land rights back then. Get your head out of the past anyway those people are all dead now and we have internationally recognized borders today. The tribal ancestors of the Mexicans didn't even settle in this country. They settled way south of our border. Their descendants have no claims on the U.S. whatsoever! The descendants of the tribes who did settle in this country are all full fledged U.S. citizens. I don't hear them bitching, only whiney Mexicans.

You're right "I" can't do anything about the 14th Amendment but the Supreme Court can and will eventually. It is a travesty and not what the writer's intended to make instant citizens out of kids born on our soil from illegal aliens. Most modern day countries do not permit that and eventually we won't either.

You lumped all Hispanics into your posts. You disrespected all Hispanics, even those that have served the county with Honor in the United States Military. I can only show you how ignorant you are with is not difficult to do. So once again don't Patronize Hispanics. The only suggestion of a certain group should be above any law is the ignorant comments about being born of parents being born in the USA.

I have read the Constitution and the 14th Amendment on birthright citizenship also. It is plain to see that "AND subject to the jurisdiction" does not include illegal alien parents and their offspring. Otherwise there would not be that qualification of AND in that clause. Illegal aliens and their offspring are only subject to our laws. They are not subject to our full jurisdiction aka their loyalties. Yes, the truth hurts you, doesn't it?

I should leave? LOL! My family has been here for generations and none of them were illegal aliens and I was born to legal citizen parents. It is you who reeks of arrogance to tell a U.S. citizen whose family has been here for generations LAWFULLY to tell THEM to leave.

I ask again, whom is it that I supposedly hate? I said I object to illegal immigration and those who defend illegal immigration. That's hate?????????? I ask again, why do you hate American citizens so much that you don't give a damn how illegal immigration has impacted them negatively? You won't answer though, will you?

Exactly, illigal immigrants get the jobs that require no education. They get the low end jobs. And these people complain about illegals taking their jobs.
