Nothing wrong with loving the people of your former homeland. What is wrong is to defend them for breaking our immigration laws and then expecting them to be rewarded for it. The people from your homeland are not exempt from our immigrations laws no more than any other country's citizens are.
Are immigration laws the only laws on the books? Why so much emphasis on immigration laws to the exclusion of all other laws?

I agree.
The haters then need to direct their attention to those people in the USA that exploit these people and create a demand. Also, to those that hire illegal aliens. They are the culprits. We have a heavy tax burden to support the illegals that are attracted to jobs and provided the opportunity for them to work. The people are exploited. The employers profit and we pay the bill. Those of us that have lived in this country for centuries are the subject of hate for the only reason because of our culture and heritage.
Explain the tax burden due to illegals. Don't randomize. Post the proof.

It's time to wake up people. The New World Order is real and it's not good.
I recently sent an email to Beto O'Rourke Congressman El Paso about El Paso's open borders along with a video about the El Paso Rescue Mission showing a broken down fence you can walk through to Mexico directly to the Rescue mission. My reply? Our border is stronger than ever. Whatever Beto. You are part of the problem.

All laws are important. Where did I say otherwise or exclude them? Illegal immigration however is an issue affecting our entire nation and its citizens today. It is affecting job opportunities for Americans, decreasing our tax coffers and increasing our taxes, it attributes to overcrowding our schools, jails and hospitals. No other crimes has such a far reaching negative impact on our citizenry as a whole as illegal immigration does today.

From FAIR:

"Executive Summary

This report estimates the annual costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local level to be about $113 billion; nearly $29 billion at the federal level and $84 billion at the state and local level. The study also estimates tax collections from illegal alien workers, both those in the above-ground economy and those in the underground economy. Those receipts do not come close to the level of expenditures and, in any case, are misleading as an offset because over time unemployed and underemployed U.S. workers would replace illegal alien workers.

Key Findings

Illegal immigration costs U.S. taxpayers about $113 billion a year at the federal, state and local level. The bulk of the costs — some $84 billion — are absorbed by state and local governments.
The annual outlay that illegal aliens cost U.S. taxpayers is an average amount per native-headed household of $1,117. The fiscal impact per household varies considerably because the greatest share of the burden falls on state and local taxpayers whose burden depends on the size of the illegal alien population in that locality
Education for the children of illegal aliens constitutes the single largest cost to taxpayers, at an annual price tag of nearly $52 billion. Nearly all of those costs are absorbed by state and local governments.
At the federal level, about one-third of outlays are matched by tax collections from illegal aliens. At the state and local level, an average of less than 5 percent of the public costs associated with illegal immigration is recouped through taxes collected from illegal aliens.
Most illegal aliens do not pay income taxes. Among those who do, much of the revenues collected are refunded to the illegal aliens when they file tax returns. Many are also claiming tax credits resulting in payments from the U.S. Treasury."

Now that McConnell has his bridge in Kentucky and the budget crisis is over, the President has vowed that he will get immigration reform through come hell or high water. He schooled the House in this latest standoff and there's no reason to think he won't get this done too. He'll just have to find which earmark will sway Boehner and the vote will happen. When the bill passes in the House, amnesty will be the order of the day as well ObamaCare benefits to boot. I came here legally so I didn't have to live underground, but I am happy to for fellow immigrants who will now get a fair shake. I suggest we all bury the hatchet and welcome our new citizens with open arms to get things off to a good start.

So illegal aliens are the same as legal aliens? How are they your fellow "immigrants"? You're ok with these cheaters being rewarded with amnesty while you did it the legal way or is this that tribal mentality prevelant among Hispanics that our laws mean nothing and that your Raza are so special that they should be rewarded for breaking them?

Fair shake? Americans aren't getting a fair shake with this amnesty. It will just mean that they will be able to retain the jobs that they stole from Americans and will be eligible to tap into our already depleting welfare coffers (if they aren't doing so already via their anchor babies). They are and will continue to be a net tax burden on our country.

New citizens? They don't deserve our citizenship for breaking our immigration laws. I can't believe that someone who came here legally would be ok with those who didn't. But of course you're Hispanic with an ethnocentric, tribal mentality so go figure. Apparently with ethnocentric Hispanics such as yourself your Raza attitude trumps our laws and the best interests of our own citizens and country. I hope to hell you never gain citizenship with that attitude if you haven't already. Sickening!

I didn't come here to be insulted, just to express my views. Why can't you disagree with someone without making insinuations, using stereotypes and assuming the worst? You can gripe and complain all you want, but reality is reality. After the GOP caved last night by having McConnell be bought off, there's no way this is not going forward. I suggest you accept it and make the best of it rather than beefing about it all day and all damn night. You hope to hell I don't become a citizen? Too late, sonny boy, as I voted in the last election for the Hispanic candidate of my choice. Legal, in many cases, is simply a sate of mind and I am glad to welcome the poor, hard-working, loyal people who want to come here. No, I wasn't born here but I arrived with a suitcase in my hand and a dream in my heart which has now come true. I don't harbor any animosity towards you so why can't you just accept me and my fellow Peruvians who want to make this a better place to live?

Since when is the truth an insult? You yourself admitted that you consider illegal aliens your fellow immigrants. Is it or is it not true that it is mostly Hispanics who are demanding amnesty for them? Gee, is it just a coincidence that most illegals are also Hispanic/Mexicans or other Latinos? I don't think so!

Loyal, law abiding Americans will never accept an amnesty of this magnitude with 23 million Americans out of work. Passing amnesty has been tried for the last 10 tens and it hasn't happened yet and for good reasons. It won't be passed this time around either.

Why do you hate Americans so much that you would put your ethnic group above our immigration laws when it isn't in the best interests of our own citizens? I called you out on the fact about Hispanics like you just can't stand the truth. You/they have a tribal mentality that trumps our laws and they don't give a damn how amnesty will negatively impact our own citizens.

Sonny boy? I am 66 years old, you insulting little twit! So you voted for a Hispanic candidate? If that doesn't back up what I said about that tribal mentality then I don't know what does. "All for the race, nothing for those outside the race", right?

I don't give a damn how hard working they are we have quotas for LEGAL immigration for good reasons. We allow in 1 million legal immigrants per year based on our needs and our ability to provide them with jobs and resources. Illegal immigration or higher legal numbers via an amnesty destroys those sane policies.

Yeah right, illegal aliens just come here on the noble intent that they just want to make this a better place to live. For whom? Certainly not our own citizens! It has nothing to do with their own selfish interests in spite of the harm they bring to our own citizen by stealing jobs and robbing our tax coffers, right? You're totally clueless and blinded by ethnic solidarity rather than what is right and what is wrong. That's all we need are millions more citizens/legal immigrants with your selfish mindset with no respect for our immigration laws. It ain't gonna happen anyway. Americans will see to it! Mark my word!

You keep talking about a tribe as if I was from Africa but I am not. My parents travel all the way from Lima to get to the border and then we cross when I was 2 years old so I don't remember any part of it. Then, after high school I married a nice, lovely man who gave me 6 beautiful children before he died in an accident. That was the worst day of my life but it was made better when the judge swear me in to be American and ever since then, I have gone out of my way to promote American values, even eating a Big Mac once a week. I am just as American as you are because I too have Old Glory in my home. I just think I'm superior because I am more welcoming and friendly than you. If you had been there to greet my family at the border my parents might have turned around and gone home, but then I would never have been able to receive all the lovely benefits of this great country. So let's just agree to disagree and I am sorry for insulting your age. You're about the same age as my husband when we married so I respect your wisdom and accomplishments, just not your ideas about immigrants.

At least you have clearly identified yourself as just more illegal trash in this country. You break our laws and then attempt to chastise the actual citizens of this country because they don't want illegal lawless losers in our country.

I guess that they don't have school in Peru as legal is not a state of mind. And you wonder why we don't want you and those like you here.

You will never be accepted and will always be despised by those born here and those who legally immigrated to this country.

We can only hope that you are deported and left high and dry in your country of origin.

Are you really that dense that you don't know what a tribal "mentality" is? You don't have to be from Africa to be of that mindset. It just means that a group sticks together even when they are wrong and when it negatively impacts others. I can't believe I had to explain that to you.

I see, so your parents brought you here illegally. Shame on them! So being an American means eating a Big Mac but on the other hand not putting your fellow American first rather than illegal foreigners? Are you kidding me? Loyalties mean eating a Big Mac????? LOL!!!

I welcome the 1 million LEGAL immigrants a year. You were saying? I have to thumb my nose at our immigrations laws and welcome illegal alien lawbreakers also in order to be a good American? WTH! Your only an American on paper. Your loyalties are with Latinos (tribal mentality) not American citizens. Is that what you call being a loyal American and makes you superior? You're kidding, right?

It's against the law for Americans to go down to the border and welcome ILLEGAL ALIENS!! That is aiding and abetting. How in the hell did you ever qualify for citizenship in this country with an anti-American attitude like that?

The American Dream and its benefits are for the asking not for the taking without permission and that is exactly what your parents did and yet you admonish me a loyal, law abiding citizen instead of your law breaking parents?

My ideas on "immigrants"? No honey, they aren't "immigrants" they are illegal alien law breakers. Learn to know the difference. Again, I ask why are you ok with illegal aliens stealing jobs from your fellow Americans and raping our tax coffers and breaking the law to come here? Americans don't matter to you?

What is the American Dream? A land where people can exploit poor people and pay low wages and demand they leave the country without benefits?

What is the American Dream? A land free of Hispanics that have been here before the landing of the Pilgrims and the taking of land that did not belong to them?

What is the American Dream? A land where some people are so blinded by hate they think because a person is Hispanic that have family and loyalties in other countries?

What is the American Dream? A country where people that never served in the Military and have the gall to call another a traitor because of the freedom of speech he has earned for the parasite?

How many Hispanics have gone into schools and shot innocent children? How many Hispanics have bombed Federal Buildings?

How many Hispanics have been serial killers?

How many Hispanics have been traitors to the likes of Ames, Snowden, Walkers....

How many Hispanics have own large corporations that have stolen millions from people's pension fund?
