Every year on Independence Day I bare my bosom in a show of solidarity to the men who died to make my land free. Then on September 16, I pull down my pants and moon people to remind me of where I came from. I am American now but will always love the people of my homeland too.

You liar. The offsprings born in the USA have all rights. My family has been here for generations too. They have lived in the Southwest since the late 1600s. You leave fool. We don't want you are what you sell. You hate the truth. You hate that you are trespassers and should rightfully leave. You hate that I known the truth. Leave, we don't want you.
I didn't say that the offspring of illegal aliens who are presumed citizens under the misinterpretation of the 14th don't have the same amount of rights allotted to them that any other citizens do. You really need to take a reading comprehension course. They are allotted those rights as I said under the present misnterpretation of the 14th on birthright citizenship. And don't call me a liar!!!!

Where did I say that families that have been here for hundreds of years aren't citizens or don't have any rights? Again, reading comprehension is essential of which you are totally lacking in.

Again, I ask you whom is that I supposedly hate and yet you never answer. I don't have a problem with legal immigrants or citizens of any ethnicity. My objection is to illegal aliens and them giving birth on our soil and claiming citizenship for them. You need to learn the difference between hate and objection. Again, I ask YOU why do you hate Americans so much that you don't give a damn how illegal immigration has negatively impacted them. But then again, that will be another question you refuse to answer. What's the point of discussing anything if you won't answer my questions? 1. Whom so I supposedly hate rather than objecting to illegal immigration? 2. Why do you hate Americans so much that you don't give a damn how illegal immigration is negatively impacting them? Answer or you will be ignored from now on!

I was born here and so was my family for generations just like yours was. You can't tell me to leave for speaking the truth or just because you don't agree with me. Who the hell do you think you are??????????

Nothing wrong with loving the people of your former homeland. What is wrong is to defend them for breaking our immigration laws and then expecting them to be rewarded for it. The people from your homeland are not exempt from our immigrations laws no more than any other country's citizens are.

Utter BS! Illegals are doing construction, landscaping, restaurant, hotel jobs and a whole assortment of blue-collared jobs that Americans have always done until the arrival of cheap, illegal labor. Learn something, will you?

You are full of crap. Let me give you a clue. You might check the on the number of H2 and TN work Visas that have been requested by American Citizens to find employees for their business. There is demand. Educate yourself.

I didn't defend anyone. I simply shared how it is that I express my feelings of patriotism and longing for the people of my birth. Ever since I came to America, I have been among the Yankee Doodlest of my family. The troops especially appreciate my support of them in many ways. Sp the only laws being broken as far as I can see are the laws of good taste that you shatter with your biting criticism. It's a well known principle that no news is good news and I can reasonably assume that when I crossed the border, since no one said anything bad to me that I am more than welcomed here. From the moment I made it safely, I have done my best to assimilate into my new homeland, even going so far as to adopt American practices in the bedroom. So I don't see any problems here whatsoever.

There is demand because Americans can't live off the wages many of these businesses will pay illegal and legal immigrants. Many legit visa workers like farm workers must be provided living arrangements. They're living barracks style. Does the average US want to live barracks style? The average US citizen is too savy for many businesses as well because they know about safety and/or the effects of things like repetitive motion syndrome. The American has to take a wage home and buy things the average immigrant doesn't. That's the narrative many businesses have pushed to keep wages & the US citizen job applicants low and immigrant imported labor high.

I agree.

The haters then need to direct their attention to those people in the USA that exploit these people and create a demand. Also, to those that hire illegal aliens. They are the culprits. We have a heavy tax burden to support the illegals that are attracted to jobs and provided the opportunity for them to work. The people are exploited. The employers profit and we pay the bill. Those of us that have lived in this country for centuries are the subject of hate for the only reason because of our culture and heritage.

You just replied to my post where I admitted that English is not the "official" language of the U.S. so why are you posting the above then like I never admitted that? I did however state that English is the de facto national language of this country even congress has admitted that.
I totally agree. If I were to move to Mexico I would learn and speak Spanish but actually Spanish is not the "official" language of Mexico either. However, it is their national de facto language just as English is ours. It's all about respect when one chooses to migrate to a country where they do have a dominant language. It doesn't have to be "official" to show that respect.
Monkey brains? How old are you?....5 years old?
Mr. old glory (Pending knowledge); I say again; sir you try to portray yourself and a smart educated man. But in reality you amount to nothing. This ď5Ē yrs old is going to pick apart your reading comprehension you want to be wily man.

Fact: you labeled me as ďjust another pro-illegal Ö.Ē In my last two posting I did not mentioned anything about illegal immigration or legal immigration. My posting was clearly about another topic. You lack reading comprehension skills. Donít assume things because you will make yourself look bad.

Fact: know how to read, but you donít grasp what you are reading. Your reading comprehension is not at the level that you think it is or should be.

I suggest you ruminate on a given topic before you speak.

Fact: A scholar in immigration you are not; Children born to citizens of other countries: The Fourteenth Amendment provides that children born in the United States become American citizens regardless of the citizenship of their parents. Itís the law of the land. There is nothing to misinterpret. Again your reading comprehension is lacking. You want to read something that is not there. Our founding fathers didnít write anything relating to children of illegal aliens in the constitution.

Fact: Im not pro-illegal aliens. I believe that every illegal alien should be deported to their home country along with their children that were born in the United States.

In my opinion, I think that all these illegal aliens that show up at immigration reform rallies demanding citizenship or legal status should be deported. What right do they think they have to demand citizenship? They broke a law and now they demand to be rewarded for it?

On a daily basis many families from all parts of the world are united the legal way in the United States. They apply for green cards and get them. Under the current immigration reform bill, Mr. O wants to tag along over $450 million dollars to help these illegal aliens pay for their green cards. He wants to take money from tax payers to help these illegal aliens. Are you kidding me? Oh, wait a minute. I suppose to be 5 yrs old.

In my opinion, I believe Mr. O is trying open our borders. He is already letting everyone in. All you have to do is turn on the news. All they talk about is all these illegal aliens coming into the Unites States and being set free. Next thing you know they are having kids and applying for govt assistance. Somebody is trying to bring this country to its knees with this immigration reform bill. And who pays for this govt assistance? The working class. Hey monkey brains, not bad for a 5 year old.

The topic of this forum is illegal immigration not those coming here legally on visas. A business first has to prove that they can't find an American worker and they have gotten away with falsifying that.

Those jumping our border illegally are the unskilled, uneducated and poor. They are taking blue-collared jobs not jobs that require an education and skills. There is no short supply of Americans to do those blue-collard jobs only greedy employers wanting to increase their profits from hiring cheap, illegal labor instead. So why are you even bringing up visa holders? They can't be compared to illegal aliens.

You're the one who needs to educate yourself except you won't because you are wearing ethnic blinders

We are focused on both the greedy employers and the illegals themselves. They are both equally guilty!!! Did someone drag these illegals across the border and force the to work? The illegals didn't know they had no right to come here and work? Please, at least I blame both guilty parties and rightly so! There isn't one among us that doesn't want these employers severely punished. Assume much? In fact we are pushing for e-verify mandated in every workplace which will put a stop to their illegal hiring practices. In the meantime our immigration also mandate that illegals be deported!

WTH does culture and heritage have to do with this topic? There is no hate involved only objection to illegal immigration. No one hates or objects to people of other cultures living here LEGALLY and respecting our immigration laws. Massive illegal immigration from mostly one ethnic group does dilute our culture in an unnatural and unlawful way, however. Who wouldn't object to that?

You lumped all Hispanics into your posts. You disrespected all Hispanics, even those that have served the county with Honor in the United States Military. I can only show you how ignorant you are with is not difficult to do. So once again don't Patronize Hispanics. The only suggestion of a certain group should be above any law is the ignorant comments about being born of parents being born in the USA.
Your such an effing liar! I did not disrespect Hispanic citizens. SHOW WHERE I DID!!!! What I have said is that Hispanic citizens are just as obligated to honor our immigration laws just like any other citizen is. WTH is wrong with you? Where did I demonize any citizen or legal Hispanic who has served in our military? SHOW WHERE I DID!!! Are you claiming that just because they served in our military that their ethnic group here illegally should be given a pass on our immigration laws? Are you nuts?

WTH are you talking about in your last sentence? It makes no sense at all! Hispanics here illegally aren't the only ones giving birth on our soil. All we are asking is for the SC to re-visit the birthright citizenship clause and determine once and for all who is actually a born citizen and who isn't according to the writers of that amendment! Birthright citizenship can be changed anyway through congress so that at least one parent be a citizen of this country in order for their newborn to qualify for it. Most modern day countries follow that same policy and it is a sensible one.

Why would you post about another topic in the illegal immigration forum?

Where did I say that children born from illegal alien parents on our soil are not deemed to be citizens under the present interpretation of the 14th amendment? I DIDN'T!!! Your the one with the reading comprehension problem. All I said is that the SC needs to re-visit the birthright citizenship clause to determine what the writer's of its actual intent was!! There is reason to doubt based on what was discussed back then and the clause "AND" subject to the jurisdiction. There wouldn't have been the need for that qualifier if it was intended that ANYONE born on our soil becomes an instant citizen.

I agree with you otherwise so why are you insulting me with terms like "monkey brains"? Is that really necessary? Therefore you were called a 5 year old for that insult. Be civil or don't reply to me.

You don't know much about the legal system in the USA. SC can eat crap. It is not a state law but an AMENDMENT that requires at least 3/4 of the states to strike or change.

Let me give you another clue. Hispanics have been in the Americas before the SC was even a state. Some Hispanics fought in the Civil War. I had a relative that fought for the North.

You need to go back and look at your posts. I know your type. Even with the proof in front of you you change and try to spin the meaning of your words.

Does it hurt your feelings that I am know more about the laws of the USA than you? That I have proved you wrong on every point? Talk about blinders.
