I have my son, worked with a man once the two of them became their bosses best workers, a family man paid his taxes, paid social security, you can imagine the bosses surprise when he was deported. My son took over as foreman, but hasn't found anyone he works as well with.

so he did not use e-verify or ignored the ss no match letter?

the guy had to be committing fraud. paying into anothers ss and taxes can have dire effects when the ss belongs to a disabled person or older person getting ss,or even the average worker having to explain to the irs where all the other moneys came from.

the elder and the disabled person can have their income frozen until they alone prove it was not them working and are victims of id theft and fraud, illegal gets caught and all he/she has to say is the number was made up and they did not know it belonged to a person.

my wife had to prove it with 40,000, the people using her number was working another state, yet it came down to her having to prove there was no way she could work in ca and texas the same time and on different jobs.

irs ends up thinking you are hiding more money and problem get worst for the citizen while the illegal alien has no worries.
