You are sure this would be a drop in the bucket them if they paid just a little more! I am not so sure. In fact I would support the "strengthening the dollar" effect that a slight lowering of wages ! When I started off in life, the minimum wage was around $2.00 PH, Gasoline cost $.30 a Gal. gold was at $ 35.00 an ounce, silver was at $1.00 . I bought my first home at $ 14,000, RE taxes were $300.+ Interest was 6% heating oil was $.15.9 a gal. I was earning a little over $ 3.00 PH. With overtime and my spouse's salary, we made a little over $ 10K a year. I always scratched for "side money" which I valued at 2-1 the money I earned working. This might take the form of odd jobs or buying stocks that paid dividends. Because of my independent streak and my personal jealousy of the bosses, I frequently changed jobs. And I frequently had no Health Ins for a month or so. I noticed with some alarm, the inflation that was eroding the purchasing power of savings accounts. Democrat socialists were always coming up with ways to spread the wealth, My wealth and people in my position's wealth through higher taxes and the printing of more paper money. It was a "Keep em' down" game , and it still goes on! No one profits, except them! And it should end!
You spent yours and now you want mine!

This is the wealth of the Walton family, remember they still own over half of Walmart. Even with share holders.

No. 6 Christy Walton (daughter-in-law),$35.4 billion

No. 7: Jim Walton (son),$33.8 billion

No. 8: Alice Walton (daughter),$33.5 billion

No. 9: S. Robson Walton (son),$33.3 billion

No. 95: Ann Walton Kroenke (niece),$4.7 billion

No. 110: Nancy Walton Laurie (niece),$4 billion

Total Walton family wealth:$144.7 billion.

Yet the taxpayers still subsidize their employees who are on welfare because they don't pay people enough to make a decent living. FYI your lucky enough to have a spouse lots of others to have another financial resource. You need to wake up. Oh lets not forget 2015 taxes hike for gas at .76 more for taxpayers.

Canadad border 4,000 miles, zero fence, 1,000 border agents, 10 neighboring states and most Islamic terrorist entered from!

Incorrect!!!!
8,000 border agents, 32% fenced, several sensing technologies, and four neighboring states with institutions that either reject the illegal presence or assist in their deportation. THE MEXICAN BORDER IS NOT WIDE OPEN! Wide open means COMPLETELY OPEN!!! And the Canadian border is closer to WIDE OPEN!!!!
.
To you, feces and hotdogs are both food to you!!!!
Those 8,000 border agents are being prevented from doing the job they were hired to do compliments of King Hussein. By your rationale 32% of the border is fenced 32%? What about the rest?

Ahmen! I believe it was the "Kelo" discision of the SCOTUS that made everyone's home no longer his castle. What were they thinking?

Vote anyway! Fuck them! If the "denizens" of Chicago, Harlem, Newark, Philadelphia, etc. can vote six times or more, than we can get a few in too!

Fees for redistribution as goodies, All because a 13% segment can't keep up!
They spent theirs and now the want ours!

Then fix the eminent domain law where a f*cking developer can kick you out of your land just because he wants to put a mall or a baseball field.
Or fix the ever expanding misdemeanor law that for a minor deviation and your records are altered forever; keeping you out of voting or holding a job!!!
Or fix the f*cking new taxes call "FEES". I don't want to pay the internet cable for the poor or the prisoner or the library or pay the debt incurred by Municipal building.
Not just the laws you want but all laws should be re-examined and the enforcer of these laws are corrupted; sometimes they give in to the community or their decision is purchased by the rich.

No, no,! You are wrong! I I'm 100% against the Kelo discision and the destruction it has brought to people's lives. This is just a power grab by local govts. Furthermore, If you google Kelo, you'll find that the property in question has sat empty for the last 9 years. So what the hell did New London want with the property in the first place? You will never hear me advocating that the govt should be able to do these things. In the end, there is no rational justification for things like Kelo except governmental greed.

Opposing the use of eminent domain and tax money for private "Urban Renewal" projects that benefit just a few wealthy people. Opposing tax increases so that more entitlements can be made available to the criminal and lazy. Sounds like you have joined the Tea party.

I know it is a common tactic in Democratic controlled cities to use tax money, tax breaks and eminent domain to force families and small businesses out so that political friends can make money from "urban renewal" projects that are risky or at best not cost effective. There is a hockey rink being built near me in Allentown that is a classic example that. It will not only benefit wealthy Democrats here but in the Democratic controlled city of Philadelphia also.
In the mean time we end up with even more people living under bridges and illegal aliens working the construction jobs created with our tax money.

Actually most of those skating will be Canadian since the facility is being built for a Flyers farm team. There will be no no-professionals skating there. Just politicians skating around why their friends, families and business associates managed to profit from what will be a losing deal for tax payers.
Apparently the Flyers don't see a profit in building the facility ,but they are more than happy to manage it for a fee and let their team make money playing there.

The Flyers are owned by Ed Snider. He is not only a rabid Republican, but was one of the founding contributors of the Ayn Rand Institute.

A couple of years ago on the opening night of the season Snider selected Sarah Palin to drop the ceremonial first puck.

Go ahead and blame the Democrats. Why not? Truthfulness never meant much to you anyway.
