With a liberal Pope in power with the Church and a Latino himself, he's appealing to all Parish's to support illegals... Sorry. We have a diverse religious Community in America. The Catholic's want money and have American tax payers support the riff-faff. Same with big money and cheap labor, no difference. A perpetual endless well that we are forced to support. No more. No more... We deserve to live in Peace in this Country. Everything about illegals seems to be crooked and costly.

This is what the nun's position is. Pretty clear and simple.

Matthew 25: 41-46

"Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry, and you gave me no food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink; I was a stranger, and you didn't take me in; naked, and you didn't clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit me.' "Then they will also answer saying 'Lord, when did we see you being hungry, or thirsty or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison and didn't help you?' "Then he will answer them saying,'Most assuredly I tell you, inasmuch as you didn't do this to one of the least of these, you didn't do it to me.' These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

<quoted text>From the gist of his post I suspected he wouldn't be voting Democratic. I was curious if his view at odds with Republicans would be enough to sway him from endorsing them. That was all. And I'd bet I probably have voted Independent at some point for some candidate.
Repub's and Dems are whores now... Independent's will count next time... We've had enough of crony Capitalism while we subsidize big business with millions of sub-cultural slaves brought in to destroy this Country... Both Party's are finally getting the boot. We simply cannot give away this Country too big business anymore.

You're applying scripture randomly and not seeing the big picture. You pat yourself on the back for being compassionate toward illegal aliens but in doing so you are punishing our most needy Americans. Shame on you to presume you can judge for the Lord.

I'm not even Christian. I was just pointing out, I think accurately, part of where the Sisters get the impetuous for their actions.

And while you're entitled to your opinion I would argue no more so than any other Christian. It's not like the ideology is written in stone.(yuk yuk ;)

I don't presume to judge for a Lord who doesn't exist. Shame on you for saying shame on me :)

Get lost with your Anti Christian bigotry. You waste too much time trying to replace Christian morality with your own brand. Remember stupid, you are one heart beat away from the truth.

Even though that is a very condescending thing to say to a non-believer (just FYI in case you didn't know) I do believe good intentions count for something. I think you're sincere. Hope your Christmas is a good one too.(And I say that sincerely.)

Your right I have no choice ,republicrats are fearing the changes in demographics and not principles which means a sell out
and until I can cast an "unvote" I have no choice, but in a higher frame of mind we are toast anyway as this is the NEW WORLD ORDER plan and the end of the good life as we knew it. PS I am currently country shopping and so should you!!!

Independents will count next time...for nothing. Just like every other time.

What you don't understand evidently is that a lot of people believe in and want crony Capitalism, for crony Capitalism IS Capitalism.

Are you assuming "your people" worked harder or were more deserving of a better life than Mexican immigrants?? Go work on a farm for one hot summer day with the "illegals" and then come back to run your mouth. Btw who are "your people" and exactly what have they contributed to 'Murica besides your simple ass. let's hear it.

What country in the world wouldn't object to an unnatural and unlawful demographic takeover by illegal aliens that would change the politics and cultural identity of their countries? Even more ludicrous is why the U.S. would allow that to happen to them. If I were a bit younger I would be country shopping also for a country that enforces their immigration laws and protects their own citizens their identity as a nation.

Mexican "immigrants"? They aren't immigrants they are illegal aliens! As for farm work there are unlimited H-2A visas for LEGAL, foreign workers to pick crops. No one has the right to come to this country illegally to pick crops or do any other kind of work no matter how hard they are assumed to work. What part of that aren't you getting?

How dare you accuse this poster's ancestors who probably came here legally or their offspring of not contributing to this country when you don't even know them! I know where this is going with you. You are an illegal alien sympathizer demonizing and stereotyping the American worker in your lame defense of illegal aliens. Stop the hate and lies!

Nice try to defend illegal immigration into our country but no cigar. When citizens break the law they pay the price. In the case of a traffic violation they get a ticket. Our immigration laws dictate that those in our country illegally are to be deported. The punishment fits the crime in both cases.

Don't assume anything about me personally either. I am not an advocate for breaking the law no matter who you are. You illegal alien defenders crack me up you are so desperate to defend the undefensible.

The funny thing is that I think a lot of conservatives could be convincing to people like me--I understand law breakers deserve punishment--but the hyperbole makes it a non-starter. It's not that I'm pro-illegal immigration, rather, I'm anti-you. You strike me as the type that will support Republicans who are against illegal immigration (or whatever the issue is) only to turn around and vote for them when they are for it. Have I painted you inaccurately?
