There are 27 comments on the WKXW-FM Trenton story from Feb 27, 2013, titled Is it Fair to Deny Children of Illegal Immigrants College In-State Rates? [POLL]. In it, WKXW-FM Trenton reports that:

The gist of it would be to give the children of said immigrants who were brought here when they were young, in-state rates to colleges here if they can prove that they will legalize their immigration status, and also have graduated high school for at least 3 years or obtained a GED.

Stop giving citizenship to kids of illegal aliens and then we can deport them.
We should take citizenship away from your kids too.

And I, for one, am OK with that. Vets are the lucky ones who didn't get killed, enlisting with the full knowledge that they could get killed. So if they were lucky enough to survive, the least we can give them is good start on life.
Illegal aliens, on the other hand, HAVE DONE NOTHING POSITVE FOR US. WE OWE THEM NOTHING.
Exactly, so why do we continue to give in to their demands? It is an act of stupidity.

Federal law prohibits state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State”—unless the same in-state rates are offered to all citizens of the United States. Today, 12 states are circumventing this federal law, and the legal arguments offered to justify such actions are untenable, no matter what other policy arguments are offered in their defense. Because at least one federal court of appeals has held that there is no private right of action under the specific statute in question—§ 1623 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996—the U.S. Department of Justice must enforce this statutory provision against states that have violated federal law. Yet even as it sues states like Arizona and Alabama for trying to assist the enforcement of federal immigration law, the U.S. government refuses to sue states that are incontrovertibly and brazenly violating an unambiguous federal immigration law. Such inaction is unacceptable: The President and the Attorney General have an obligation to enforce every provision of the United State’s comprehensive federal immigration regulations—including the federal law prohibiting state colleges and universities from providing in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens “on the basis of residence within the State.”

most of the instate tuition laws are based on graduating from an instate hs which of course would generally require residency in the district of the school but is not necessarily closed to out side enrollment. therefore your point is moot.

Is it fair to privilage a fugative at large, refusing to face family crimes and debt in another nation that surpasses USA by 3 to 10 times the land size unpopulated and has a inability to secure even a 1/8th of a acre on their own for a legal reason or other?

Is it fair they migrated illegal refused to check into Political asylum and has infected USa air space with bug and viral that our nation registries is not accustomed to and has caused a plague and or civilans died of unknown fluy uand fever causes and NOT BE SEEN as a global terrorist attack and rebuttle and full restoration of graound war in another nation fo r not securing their borders and permitted authroization of a incubus in our nation and get away with it?

You want it keep it in your own home and serve time for crimes agaisnt humanity and USA populous by yourself. Damn terrorist. I report when I remember, I have a BRian Injury so sometimes I forget what informaiton and data I collected when I rememebr I call counsil of all affilaites to home and 911 and INS and have them access a condensed report.
