If any damage was done, you would have. Auto accidents are no laughing matter.

I don't see how this will make anything safer. Will they be doing any kind of background checks on the IA applicants?

It will be done with a lick and a promise. In other words, all heck will break loose.

what good is a background check, from their homelands? we will not get any real results, and those pushing here will block any real checks.

No, I realize they wouldn't do background checks even if the law called for them. I'm just wondering if they are going to try to make it look good with empty promises or if they are so screwed up they will just blatantly disregard everything and just give everyone a license. I don't agree with giving them licenses because it gives them a degree of legitimacy they don't deserve. But if they are going to do this, the very least they should do is fingerprint them.

empty promises are a given with the open borders crowd,at least the promises made to citizens. look back to 86 and other laws on immigration, they fight against the very laws they placed.

The only good thing coming out of that law is that it would've forced the so called " undocumented " ILLEGAL aliens to pick a name and stick with it ie it would've been proof that could've been used to prove fraud, falsifying documents, lying on official paperwork etc. But hippie dippy Brown decided to aide and abet federal fugitives by making the nation state of California a sanctuary state.

BOYCOTT California as a tourist and demand your federal tax dollars do not go to California.

Plus any license IDs them as illegal aliens. Hit and run accidents are felonies too, deportable offenses.

The problem is that this adminsitration does nothing but circumvents the laws to suit its agenda...the Dems are essentailly trying to buy future votes.

my state refuses to deport most cases. a law is even being pushed if not passed already to stop telling the feds we have illegal aliens in our jails.

we are forced to cater to illegal aliens and the citizens voices are not being heard. it seems even in the white house citizens are of no value.

Well apparently those ethnocentric Hispanic citizens are being listened to by the Democrats by caving into their demands that their ethnic group be given a pass on our immigration laws. Even some GOPers are starting to cave. Special interests groups without the nation's interest at heart are being pandered to for votes. It's despicable!

You had damage to your car and you didn't press charges? If not, it was probably because when the cops would have arrived you were afraid of being deported and probably weren't licensed or insured to drive. You fool no one.
