so your mom or gdad is illegal and you were born here ?? the system is not broken .deportation law is not enforced. immigrats can apply for admission into the country and wait til called .work visas are issued but people overstay their visas not giving other people the chance to come to america and enjoy. We are now so overrun citizens cannot get jobs . if you are paying a low wage . shame on you . peopl eneed to live just like you . you know what it costs. what kind of work is it that you do??? what are you paying ???

Only 3% of illegal aliens are picking crops. The other 97% are doing jobs that Americans have always done for a fair wage. Even for crop picking there are unlimited H-2A visas for legal, foreign farm workers. So much for the stupid argument that they are only here to pick crops or that we need illegals to pick crops.
How about the argument that we need them for nothing. We have thousands of graduates every year that only qualify to do jobs like picking crops or the like. Just because the slave loving employers want cheap labor doesn't justify illegal alien labor. That's corporate welfare. I say that because if the taxpayer is forced to pay for the illegal aliens benefits and living expenses as well as the livelihood of the Americans they displace, how can that possibly be good for this country?

I disagree with you. the immigration system is not broken. it's not being enforced. there's a difference.

as for jobs.. the reason why we don't have any is because YOU voted for politicians who voted to outsource all our jobs overseas.

<quoted text>how can people steal jobs? Most go to the tax office and get tax ID numbers just to pay tax. Not all are bad. I say give work to who want to wrk...if you not useful with some kind of skill....will they have do what they have to do, but isn't it all about money? Really is it?
They steal jobs by working for less and doing so illegally. Are you really this dense? They are all guilty of doing so and that's not bad? They are all also guilty of breaking our immigration laws and that's not bad?

Doesn't matter what you personally think. We have immigration and labor laws in this country and it is to protect American jobs for Americans just for starters. Or do laws mean nothing to you?

I totally agree with you. I was just addressing the stupid crop picking argument that these pro-illegals constantly use.

Talk about going off topic! I was replying to your defense of illegal aliens for God's sake. Our immigration laws aren't broken they just haven't been enforced. Time we did that instead of passing another amnesty otherwise we will be in the same position again in another 20 years. Where does it end?

<quoted text> I hear people say every day I can't fine a job, for the pass four month my job have been short staff and when they come for interview they say it don't pay enough and the work too hard, keep in mind that these are not illegal immigrants these are Americans that live here that rather stay on unemployment than work. I have seen it all. Work for two weeks then quit. So really?
Then your job isn't paying a fair wage it's really that simple. Stop implying that most Americans are too lazy to work. Sometimes unemployment pays more than certain jobs. I don't blame them for not taking a job that pays less as they have families to support.

At any rate an employer still has no right to hire illegal immigrants. It is against the law!!!

Perhaps we need to post the law at the border so they can read it .

No, Juan has for some time now hated my replies to his obsurd posts. He used to list Pasadena as location btu changes it around now in some odd bid to avoid detection but he is readily indentified by his writings.
