You haven't told us if you LICENSES are bought or GENUINELY earned through hard study and state required exams?

Any one working with a state license no matter what line of work one does as even myself.....were I to move to another state THAT STATE would expect me to TAKE THEIR STATE EXAM before placing me to work. But you, will you never abide by any rules and would never understand....perhaps you do understand but continue to do things your way in the hopes that ALL WILL BE OVERLOOKED AND FORGOTTEN and just be FORGIVEN & AMNESTY thrown at you. Yeah, right.

Illegal immigration is a federal crime punishable with deportation, fines and prison so that make illegal aliens criminals.

They really gave O J a long sentence, because the California jury found him not guilty of murders the whole world knew he is guilty of committing. Nobody else gets 33 years for B & B.

One does not need to be a citizen to obtain a license. I have the knowledge and qualifications, that's all that matters.

You can copy and paste all this BS you want. The undocumented worker has been coming to the US for many years for a better life and future and it's not about to change.

He might have a work permit. In Chicago they sell packets of papers for border jumpers. For $175. you get a voters registration card, a drivers license with your picture on it, a years rent recipts so it won't look like you just hopped the border, and with that ID you can open a bank account, or get credit cards. Hell, his IDs are probably better then ours.

Wrong, and you need to take a certification test before you can get a license. One needs to have scored at least 75%. You lied...yet again.

What you call BS is known as immigration law. Better get used to it because you'll never get your amnesty. And as soon as eVerify if enforced you'll be out of a job. Enjoy your trip back to Mexico.

Hopefully one day (when a U.S. president starts obeying immigration laws) guys like you, who knowingly hire illegals and evade taxes by paying them under the table will be arrested and thrown in jail for a long, long time.
The law says I can't knowingly hire an illegal, so I never KNOWINGLY hire an illegal. I'm pretty sure I've explained this already.

I just hire a local contractor- almost always a white, American guy born and raised in the USA- a real 'Murrican, probably with the Stars and Stripes and/or the Stars and Bars somewhere on his F-350.

He then hires the crew, who probably will speak little or no English. Are they illegal? I have no idea. Nor am I legally required to find out. I don't ask, and they don't tell. All I care is that they do the job quickly and well.

BTW, I pay the gringo contractor. Whether he pays his taxes or not is between him and the IRS- again, it's not my problem.

That's the way business gets done down here. With this system, the homeowner has ZERO chance of getting into legal trouble.

BTW, no one is "going to jail"- the only one who can get into trouble with this system is the contractor, and, on the slim chance he actually gets caught (about as likely as getting hit by lightning), he'd just get a slap on the wrist and pay a small fine.
