I recently watched a program on PBS that showed that the corporate farms, and the smaller ones hire Hispanic foremen to hire employee's and that the employer's provide the illegal's with falsified papers. They process hundreds of Hispanics and South Americans with made up SS#'s. So unless this stupid Government get's intelligent about enforcing all the laws, the New Amnesty proposed will do nothing to change the way they work. The only thing that will work is firing foremen, fining owners , penalizing anyone who hires without absolute Identity tracking. But this is the U.S., our Sovereignty means nothing to greedy employer's.

here in ca the same thing is done using farm labor contractors, the farmer pays the contractor and he hires and pays the illegals. you can no longer walk up needing a job and if you do not know spanish not even from the contractor.citizens won't do these jobs? no citizens cannot obtain these jobs as they once did, kids even did it for extra money in the season.

See what happens when you don't enforce "draconian" laws?!

Illegal aliens know that all they have to do is scream and we will give them amnesty. We are not enforcing our laws, and they know it! The only people still in the dark are the American people who don't realize that everything in any amnesty bill regarding enforcement is a joke!!!

all this still points to the north American union. why else are those in power refusing to enforce the laws they made and even fight against their own laws? worst is they are pushing for more laws only to not enforce them.
