From my elected Representative today:
“I’m pleased that the House won’t take up this Senate monstrosity, but rather start fresh on true immigration reform and go through regular order. That means any immigration bills will have to withstand the rigorous committee process, transparent for the American people to see. And, if legislation can’t stand up to that scrutiny, it won’t and shouldn’t become law."
The senates formula will backfire next year and in 2016.Americans will not tolerate this nonsense

Americans must demonstrate against the immigration bill.
Americans must react to illegals who are here in a negative manner.
When an illegal is spotted and using W.I.C. or any other govement aid call them freeloaders and tell them to go back to their country.
Americans are losing their rights to this country and the illegals are stealing from us.
In Dana Point Ca. a homeless woman was found dead behind a store that illegals frequent using W.I.C. coupons. She didn't have a choice to recive aid since she lost her job and her home she did not have an address to give the welfare office so she was denied aid.
How is it that the illegals are given aid while the Americans are rejected for an aid that is dependent on our taxes?
The illegals demonstrate on our land against us, we will demonstrate on our land against them...the sooner the better

At least 62%of Americans are in support of immigration reform with a pathway to citizenship that includes roughly 40-45% GOP/TEA Party supporters excluding you and a minority of about a little more than 1/3 at most nationwide. So when the house speaker pointed out that he need to have the majority of the majority votes in the house to bring the bill to the floor that is not the only way forward and that majority he is speaking of is of course the minority perhaps a little more than 1/3 of the house whose's will cannot be imposed on the minority, the entire house will have to do voting that is democracy.

Two things the Socialist/Democrats have done to win control of the gubbermint forever:

1. Obamacare. By bankrupting private health care and getting the population dependent upon the gubbermint for a fundamental service, they know the public will vote for more big gubbermint S/D politicians.

2. Amnesty. Does anybody believe the S/D politicians were hell-bent on amnesty because they care deeply about immigrants? Come on. ILLEGALS WILL VOTE FOR S/D POLITICIANS. They know it. So whether or not it makes sense or destroy our economy, the S/D's will go for it.

I wonder on a personal level how the S/D politicians and voters who read this forum will feel once all of their victories are met, the entire country is impoverished and run by a Socialist single party. How will that be a victory?

No doubt about it, there is plenty of dirty money behind this amnesty push. But lets not forget about the many informed voters who know amnesty will hurt their country and destroy most job opportunities for their children. Intelligent voters are also something to be reckoned with.

America Under Attack by Illegal 'President'

Amnesty Bill’s $3,000 Penalty for Hiring Americans

If it isn’t clear yet that the federal government is hostile to the American population, the fingers poked in our eye by the Schumer/Rubio amnesty outrage should get the point across. Combined with ObamaCare, it actually fines employers $3,000 for hiring Americans rather than foreigners who snuck into the country illegally. Read it and rage:

As I’ve outlined previously, under Obamacare, businesses with over 50 workers that employ American citizens without offering them qualifying health insurance could be subject to fines of up to $3,000 per worker. But because newly legalized immigrants wouldn’t be eligible for subsidies on the Obamacare exchanges until after they become citizens – at least 13 years under the Senate bill – businesses could avoid such fines by hiring the new immigrants instead.…

In a free market, if a new immigrant worker can do a job better than an American worker for a cheaper price, there shouldn’t be a problem with a business hiring the immigrant. But when the immigration bill interacts with Obamacare’s employer mandate, it functions as a reverse tariff against hiring American citizens. It would be like subjecting Americans to a $3,000 tax on purchasing American cars, while allowing them to avoid that tax by purchasing cars from Germany, Japan, or any other country other than America. That’s not free trade. That’s government rigging the game against American citizens.

The only difference between 1986 and now is we have no congressmen like Kennedy claiming that “We will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this”.

Even the CBO admits that 4.8 million new illegal immigrants and their U.S.-born children will be living in the country by 2023 if the bill becomes law, compared to 6.4 million without it – a mere 25% reduction in future illegal immigration.

Just as in 1968 we have a bill which does not solve the illegal immigration problem. We keep putting the band aid on the skin cancer sores and calling it a cure.

Democrats are pretty good on environmental issues, but when it comes to legal and illegal immigration, they are the evil entity. They'll throw this country under the bus in a heartbeat if it will get them a few extra votes.

Both parties played us on the fiscal cliff and sequester, in fact inaction was the motive for the implementation of austerity. can't you see that?

I was wrong about Romney and how divided Americans were about more important issues, but I can guarantee the house will destroy all your hopes and dreams.Contrary to all the bogus polls that for some reason the pew hispanic center conducts most of the time,Americans want illegals out,it's the reason it didn't happen the last time, its the reason it won't happen this time and the only reason they allowed amnesty in 86 is because they were told the country would never see another mojado again. This bill is not that much different. You want the bill to get true support from Americans?have the supreme court reverse the mistake they made on birthright citizenship, make being in this country illegally a felony the first, fine employers $100,000 the first time they get caught hiring illegals and seize their business the second time to send a clear message.I would support outright amnesty for illegal aliens in this country in exchange for that kind of Compromise.

Do some searches on polls regarding immigration reform, or let the speaker of the house bring the Senate bill to the house floor for a vote we'll find out where the constituent support stands this trickery must stop after all we are living in a Democracy and majority rules.
