It is about time. These people realized giving legal papers to illegal people would bring them lot of money to the economy.
Driver licenses for 12 million folks. Equals to 420 millions dollars on just the licenses. Car insurance $600.00 average per year 7.2 billion dollars.
Trip to Mexico once a year. 6.0 billion dollars a year. They would be really blind to not pass an immigration reform.

I agre with u..house market gonna be boom.cause i know they will buy house in here for sure.and open some business to....and illegal immigrant love to shop..if i go to wallmart .everytime i see hispanic buy lots groceries like they wanna open a restaurant lol:) and if they pay fines and pay back taxes its give goverment billion..use that money to build walls in the border......

all talks need to start with some sort of border security to pevent this mess from getting bigger than it is now. it is a wasted effort to do anything without fist making sure illegal aliens cannot get in. it has been agreed to every time a shamnesty was voted in yet never done complete.

also would be a good time to get rid of all who have used fake papers of any kind to work and shut done the companies who used fraud to hire them.

how about back taxes like citizens have to pay back when caught and sometimes go to jail,lock all up then deport all who have not paid in.

another all who have used our er and left bills, reason enough to show they do not deserve help.
add in all who have gotten into any kind of trouble even a parking ticket.
that should drop the numbers down to a nice size.

we dont need this money. we dont want these people here. this is going to cause an explosion with the american public. this country is being destroyed from within. the politicians may need better security if they do this. their actions dont represent what most citizens desire...enforce our existing law..its not broken..just politically correct failure to enforce the law. once this land is watered down by the third world poor we will be closer to seeing this republic fall to terrorism we cannot root out and destroy. am so afraid our kids will see the demise of the US.

I was wondering if this will possibly speed up the immigration process for people who signed up for the i-130 forms and already in the post decision activity as of sep 28, 2009. My dad filed for his sister back in 2003. While she was suppose to go back and wait, she overstayed her welcome and have been doing so for almost 9 years now. I don't know much about the penalty, but I do know if she exist now she would get a 10 year bar. I believe this bill would allow her to file for the green card while in American. She came here on a plane and is waiting in line. She also has a son who is 21 now. He will be graduating this year with a bachelor in computer science (money from our pockets). They both speak perfect english, because they are from an english speaking country. She all has a tax id, so she pays her taxes. She receives no government help, but her son did attend public school lol. So, how would this bill affect them? Would they get their Green card right away, maybe even citizenship in one year?

We know that illegal immigrant break the law to come here accross the border.but we need to blame our government first .the government know this happen long times a go..and border its practically open...if we secure our border this not gonna be happen..and i cant blame illegal immigrant 100% wrong..if at home i dont have anything to eat and feed my family and see a paradise land who open .i will be jump and run to that land....its human nature ....i.m just not againts and or approve this idea.....just hope we can get resolve from this problem...and deportation for 11 million people its not the smart way .and way imposible..

Some off that people may have the govermnent support..but i know some asian illegal immigrants pay tax with id tax..and cant get benefit from that..they cant get medicaid.they cant get wellfare.they cant get foodstamp..cause they can only pay tax but cant get benefit..and they dont have ssn ...when they sick they pay to go doctor..
