People gather outside the state legislature as Senate Republicans gave their final approval to legislation requiring additional rules surrounding abortions in North Carolina, even as hundreds of protesters against the bill watched from the gallery in Raleigh, N.C., Wednesday,July 3. How many half-lives have you snuffed out into a tissue during your lifetime?
Leave the abortion debate to the women. You just stop jerking off if you are so concerned about lives.

Sounds like I hit a nerve. How many millions of half-lives have you aborted this morning Le Spam?

Did you know that each time you jerk off you release MILLIONS of sperm. Not 1. Not 10. Not hundreds....but rather MILLIONS. And if you don't impregnate an egg cell, YOU are responsible for the death of those millions of half-lives. You do it with such casualness. Such disregard for those lives. You kill more half lives in one week than women ever did since abortion was made legal. Before you judge them, maybe you should stop your own aborting.

The Supreme Court certainly did not grant approval to kill the baby right up until it's normal birth. Give a liberal an inch, and they want a mile. There are even those who want post birth abortion. The states had to step in at that point.
Changing the argument won't change facts. The Supreme Court in Roe. v. Wade did NOT set a limit on the time period for abortions.

"Post birth abortion" is a contradiction in terms. Try to make sense.

When Abortion was made legal it was assumed by civilized people it would take place in the first trimester. Over the years psychopaths kept adding time until now the fiends want to kill the baby right after it is born. That is post birth abortion. Civilized people don't do that sort of killing. Now the states one by one will restrict abortion until we only kill half as many. They will have ultra sounds, time limits, and if the crazies don't like it they can go to Mexico for their abortions. No limits there.

Jumbled, cat, we can only hope that those who can't afford to "go to Mexico" don't resort to the old fashioned "abortion" methods (like coat hangers) as these women make their own serious decisions.

Yes, there would be "no limits" to that old fashioned carnage.

Since no one in my family would ever resort to an abortion I really don't care where other people get theirs. I am sure they will all be free under obamacare, so be my guest.

The Supreme Court originally defined the first trimester (16 weeks) as the limit to perform an abortion, as Roe V Wade also concerns protection of pre-natal life.

That decision was later changed to "potentially able to live outside the mother's womb-albeit with artificial aid". The Court does not provide a definitve limit on this, and rightfully so. Viabilty as they defined it changes as advances in medical science do.

While "post birth abortion" is an emotive term, I believe the poster is referring to "born alive" infants who are denied any potentially life saving "artificial aid" and simply left to die. Or the born alive babies who had their spinal cords "snipped" by the likes of Dr. Gosnell and others, or the born alive infants delivered by mothers sitting on toilets, who are then left to drown as they were in Dr. Tiller's clinic, among others.

I'm as pro-choice as can be, but viable babies are being killed. We need to draw a line somwhere.

can someone please help me what is wrong with this logic: the abortion debate is about whether the fetus is a person or not. If the fetus is a person there is no excuse for abortion, if it is not a person - no excuse needed. So, the question becomes - is a human (a fetus is human) a person if there is no self-awareness (I think most people would agree that a fetus is not self aware)? My current understanding would cause me to say YES to that question. Here is why:

Would it be considered ethical to remove an injured human that is in a vegitative state from life support if a doctor was 100% certain that person/human would become conscious again in 9 months?(forget that no doctor could predict that). I don't think anyone would do that if the potential for life was so certain. Don't you dare mention the sperm argument. It is foolish. a sperm will not become human without intervention. A fetus will. What do I not understand that pro-choice people seem to understand. Please don't automatically dismiss me as some anti woman - woman hater. This is an honest question, please tell me what you think.

Silly me. Why would you read it? You just go on what FAUX news spoon feeds you.
Women who REQUIRE abortions after 20 weeks are 100% committed to their pregnancies.
They didn't "Just find out" they were pregnant and are hoping for an easy way out.
They are told by their doctor that the pregnancy is not viable and not only will the fetus not survive, it has become a threat to the life of the mother, you know, the LIVING BREATHING HUMAN BEING CARRYING THE UNBORN FETUS? REMEMBER HER? THE WOMAN? Your fellow American that you supposedly care about so much?
This is why republicans can jam this anti-women legislation through in states led by old white males. They know their constituncy is a bunch of dumbcunts like you Cunt74.
There have been numerous arrests and clinic closures concerning late term abortion on demand. Dr. Gosnell. Dr's. Steven Brigham and Nicole Riley (24 to 36 weeks). Dr. Tiller's clinic, where the majority of late term abortions were on demand, though he was not found guilty of a crime, because the determination wasn't his to make. The Hileah, Fl. clinic where a doctor was charged with murder concerning an abortion at 23 weeks-on demand, in which the born alive infant was left to die. And quite a few others.

BY LAW, IT SHOULD ONLY OCCUR TO SAVE THE LIFE OF THE MOTHER (since you like CAPS), but since that law is clearly being violated regularly, your argument rings hollow. Then you further diminish yourself and your argument with disgusting language, then wonder why the majority in this country are becoming pro-life.

Brilliant.

FYI………………….
Of all who voted for Barrack HUSSEIN Obama and other democRATS, 90% were:
ILLEGAL MEXICANS
THE GHETTO CROWD
MUSLIMS
(A great number of them are completely illiterate).

90% of ALL welfare recipients are:
ILLEGAL MEXICANS
THE GHETTO CROWD
MUSLIMS
(Tax payers are forced to pay 14 TRILLION DOLLARS a year to support these scum from cradle to grave, generation after generation. The Afghan/Iraqi wars
is a very very small fraction of this cost).

90% of ALL gun violence in America is committed by:
ILLEGAL MEXICANS
THE GHETTO CROWD
MUSLIMS
(They murder over 20,000 American citizens every year).

These three groups WANT gun control for law-abiding citizens.
Then only they, the scum of the earth, will have guns (all illegal guns).

democRATS deem these groups, and their conduct, to be politically correct.

You ever notice, whenever any member(s) of these groups go on shooting rampages, democRATS NEVER call for GUN CONTROL????

TERRORISM is synonymous with Islam and muslims.
When you see or hear the word ‘terrorism’, you automatically think of muslims,
unless you are a democRAT.
According to democRATS, muslims are the most politically correct people on the planet.

We need SOCIAL CORRECTNESS !!!!!

I find it extremely hypocritical, that this legislation that was to "prevent foreign (sharia) laws" from being passed, which included a sharia type law, by implimenting religion into the bill, which basically makes it impossible for a woman to get an abortion.

You two faced Republicans, who claim to be patriotic, once again, hate the constitution. Who claim to want smaller government, and to let people be, once again do the exact opposite.

What "religion" was mentioned in the language of the bill? The article fails to mention it.

Planned Parenthood, that kills more babies then any other group in the whole country, petitioned a state legislature for permission to have post birth abortions, because some babies are popping out before the medication takes effect, but Mommy Dearest still doesn't want it. What to do, what to do!! Why just go ahead and kill it, of course. They are liberals. Anything else you need to know? I say use a little common sense, and don't screw everything that is still breathing, and you wouldn't get pregnant.
Everything you just wrote is a lie and typical of the PRO-LIAR movement. Americans in general are far smarter than you bible toters and the majority of Americans support ROE v WADE but even more important, the Supreme Court has upheld the landmark decision for over 40 years. It will never be overturned, especially as our population explodes and jobs become harder and harder to obtain due to over population.

When you use a child as "punishment" for women who have sex, you lose your whole "life is precious" argument. Clearly, children aren't precious to you. They are a means to an end and that being you want to legally force all women to have children. Notice how you never mention men. It's like women are getting pregnant by emaculate conception. lmao Too funny! ReDICKulous, if you will.

PS: Abortions are done to indies, republicans, democrats and people who have never voted in their lives. Again, you're just digging your hole deeper and deeper. Keep going. You're as good at turning people away from the pro-liar movement as you are turning away prospective republican voters.
