The key word is SUSPICION of minor crimes. No convicted.............just suspicion. They should be no arrest unless observed committing a crime of convicted by a jury.

I hope the Feds come back and sue his butt. He is officially breaking Federal Law and turning California into a slum, like Mexico. What a sad fate for a State that had enjoyed everything American for decades.

Exactly, Mexico is a cesspool. Once enough of them are here WE will turn into the same sort of cesspool. Mexico would be a beautiful country, were it not for the Mexicans. They breed like freaking rabbits and Hispanic gang members outnumber any other race, not to mention all the deaths they cause driving drunk.(And never have insurance).

Cut em off, stop ALL immigration. If it means they never see their family again too bad. They shouldn't have come over here illegally in the first place.

Many of us were brought here as infants. I have lived in the U. S. for over 34 years and deserve citizenship and all the benefits that go along with it.

This clown Governor is a law breaker but don't think for a minute the feds are going to step in,these are dummycrap votes your talking about.I would get as far away from califorication as I could.Soon you will have the highest taxes in the nation to pay for all the illegals and their handouts.I don't feel sorry for you though, you elected him and re-elected him.Just like the fraud in the WH. You reap what you sow.

Once a person is arrested and IDed as a illegal alien, the feds are called. Pretty simple. You don't have to be convicted of anything for the police to find out who you are.

I guess in Mexico they don't care or you can give them a few dollars and they will let you go.

That's good that California will release illegal alien criminals back on the streets so they can victimize more people. One day the people there will smarten up, or not.

The Mexican Indians in Mexico deserve a better country too, that's never going to happen because Mexicans run it.

You deserve citizenship for hiding out for so many years? You are just one day from being back in your homeland.

Since he was elected governor, Davis has signed many pro-illegal alien bills. STUNNING.

I'm just waiting for the day he will sign a bill changing California's name to Mexifornia.
