Illegal is a simple word to understand. If I sneak into Mexico it's illegal, and they're going to send me back to the US. Nothing will change in Mexico if the citizens don't clean the place up.
It might take a revolution ,but that's the citizens of Mexico's problem. We're simply allowing it to be our problem by allowing our border with mexico to be open without any dangerous threat.

Here's another FACT I'm certain you will deny, just as you do the other FACTS.
FACT: All ILLEGALS, 100%, are CRIMINALS. FACT
Let me guess. You are one of those people who think unlawful presence in the US is a crime aren't you? That's funny.

As defined by US Code, why yes it happens to be a FACT that unlawful entry and presence in the USA just so happens to be a crime. Imagine that, who would ever thought that breaking the law would be a crime. SHOCKER!
I would state the obvious fact that you are 10 IQ points short of retard. But that would be insulting to retards. Retards are genius compared to you Skippy.
It is one thing to be wrong, but it is so much more delightful when somebody has to be add comments that make them look even more foolish.

Unlawful presence is a civil violation. That places it into the same legal classification as a parking ticket. It is not a crime.

Now you were saying.....?

Tell that to the husbands of the two women, one pregnant, who were killed by a drunk we tback in PA, as previously discussed. He had been arrested once before driving drunk but was not deported. Oh, it's just a parking ticket. Tell that to the motherless children killed by a piece shit that shouldn't even have been in the country. Oh, wait, you think he should be allowed in, don't you? He's just a hard working young man doing the job an American won't do while chasing the American dream. Let them all in according to you. Your argument that Americans drive drunk is non sequitur. Why let in more criminals, we have enough.

lmao, when was the last time a second parking ticket was considered a felony?Illegal entry is a civil violation the first time just because ice wants to get rid of them without a trial.anything after the first removal or order of deportation is a FELONY.

He also neglected to mention that most "illegals" are astronauts and Nobel prize winners. Do you know why? The same reason he did not mention your nonsense. Because it is not true.
This is why I laugh at these boards. There are many valid reasons to oppose immigration, legal or otherwise, but nobody ever mentions these. Instead they just repeat the same made up stuff. If you can't make your case without lying then you really do not have a case.
That second part is exactly what people say to you. You're a huge joke we all laugh at

Immigration gets a bad reputation because it creates two scenarios: A better country via educated persons. Or, a worse country via uneducated persons.

The latter is the majority, The former is the minority.

If it is true that illegal aliens stay because it is so hard to leave and come back then why is the illegal alien lobby blocking immigration reform that would make it easier for migrant workers to enter and leave legally? Amnesty has been the road block to immigration reform for years and it looks like pro-illegal groups will continue to block immigration reform again while claiming that people come here illegally because of the immigration laws that they will not allow to be changed.

Instead of rounding up illegal Mexicans, perhaps we should round up lazy Gen-Y Americans, and send THEM to Mexico.

Yeah, I'm talking about you, kid. You cost society more than the illegal immigrants. At least the illegals are wearing pants by 7am every morning, earn their own keep, and contribute to society.

Sure, some of the illegals get food stamps, but at least they don't bail on a $100,000 of student loan and then expect the tax payers to pick up that tab.

Your parents are wanting to settle down into retirement, they're tired of seeing your ugly pimpled face around the house.

Go! Get out! And take your pregnant white trash girlfriend with you.

Accoding to the US department of labor, 50% of American youth between ages of 16 and 25 are unemployed.

What's the unemployment rate for illegal immigrants in the US ?

Illegal immigrants are taking over the jobs that lazy Gen-X American kids are not willing to do.

By the way, I'm not an advocate for illegal immigrants. I'm just saying you guys, your generation, need to either get off the bench or shut up. The Mexicans are running circles around you guys and eating your lunch, it's embarassing.

Section 1325 in Title 8 of the United States Code, "Improper entry of alien".
What? Illegal entry is a LAW? Interesting. Thought your claim it was "civil violation". LMAO!
I know, I know, those silly pesky FACTS always get in the way of the Pro-Illegals agenda. But please don't let that little fact of a LAW being broken IS A CRIME, interfere with your PRO-Illegals opinion.
As I've stated before, don't give up your day job as a RETARD.
Now, you were saying....
LMAO! Fcking ignorant retard.
Yes 1325 says unlawful presence is a civil violation. Thank you for proving my point.

Following it the full text. I challenge you to show us where it states Illegal Entry is classified as a Civil Violation. Heck I challenge you to show us all where Civil Violation is once mentioned. Good luck with your challenge Skippy.
Allow me to help you Skippy. Because obviously you're too fcking stupid to even tie your own laces.. Civil Penalty is NOT, repeat NOT, a Civil Violation. Do you own a Websters or other Collegate Dictionary? Look the two words up and get back to us.
Of course there is a Civil Penalty. Do you expect illegals to receive Military Penalties? LOL
Did I happen mention you are stupid?

Thank you for playing Skippy. Better luck next time.
While I certainly appreciate you jumping to the defense of each of my posts, you are now going so far above and beyond it is comical.

Your latest posting contains the words "civil penalty" five different times. Five times? It can't get much clearer than that.

Of course a civil penalty is not a civil violation. That just makes no sense at all. A civil penalty is the penalty for a civil violation. You may notice they both contain the word "civil". A civil violation is a much different thing than a criminal violation just as a civil penalty is much different than a criminal penalty.
