YAWN.....

Flag desecration is protected free speech.

The United States Supreme Court in Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), and reaffirmed in U.S. v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310 (1990), has ruled that due to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, it is unconstitutional for a government (whether federal, state, or municipality) to prohibit the desecration of a flag, due to its status as "symbolic speech."
My question is why are illegal aliens desecrating the American flag??

If they hate it to much, why don't the go back to their own country??

Illegals raise Mexican flag over Maywood

Why are they carrying the MEXICAN flag?

<quoted text> Take this past election. Polls were claiming kit would be a close race. They also claimed that Mitt Romney took a few of the swing states. the election was over rather early in the evening IMO. Which kinda negates your college 101 statistics class. I am sure though in other areas and aspects of life, that college statistical class is spot on. But when it comes down to laws and human nature, I do not think any poll can speak for all involved. It why we put certain things on the ballot.
Polls aren't perfect. They ALWAYS include a "margin of error" which is generally included in the fine print of the article you read (and sometimes not reported at all, depending on how bad the reporter is). This one had a margin of error of plus or minus 4%- so the "60%" posted in the headline could have been as little as 56% or as high as 64%.

The electoral polls are almost always within the margin of error.

If you look at the national polls in the days leading up to the 2012 election ( http://www.politico.com/p/2012-election/polls... ), they all have the Obama even or ahead by up to 5%.

In actuality, Obama won 51-47%.

However, if you look at the posted margin of error, they are within the margin of error.

Bottom line: If you use a small sample (e.g. 1,000-2,000 people) for a large number of people, you can NOT say "exactly 60% of the people support this"- but you can say "Pretty close to 60% support this".

Hence, the poll will NOT be good for determining a close election, because the margin of error will be too large. But it will get you close to the actual number. So when a national poll of this size says "60% support xxxx," it's a pretty safe bet that 60% is pretty close.

The actual number might be 56% or it might be 64%, but it ain't 25% like the "see no evil, hear no evil" people would want you to believe.

I know polls aren't perfect. That was the reason for my post. The "margin of error" they have. With that said, polls do give people a sense of superior over others. Kinda like yourself. It's all good though. Just don't take it too personal when others are not that into you as you are.

My gripe was with the people screaming that polling isn't accurate and that in reality, the opinion of the American people was the exact opposite of what the poll said.

The poll isn't precise- it won't give you an exact percentage, but it WILL give you an accurate result within the margin of error, and the margins of error are generally small (plus or minus 4% in this case).

So those claiming (with no back up, of course) that only 20 or 30% support the proposal, when the poll said 60%, are clearly wrong.

I am in favor all undocumented people in this country (amnesty) but I wanna explain , USA do not need 12 milhon undocumented in this country:

1) to pay in-come tax,

Note: they print money every day, milhons, and milhons

2) to be a labor productive

Note: they can buy whatever they wanna.

3) to go to the army

Note: they have a NUKE

4) nevér say " they can not deport 20 milhon...... "

Note : " yes they can "

So, by 27 years undocumented people in this country are like white mouse in the lab,(1986-2013), check this out:

1) they showed what happens when you pass AMNESTY BILL (1986 republican Regan president ) without employers enforcement,,( if they contract somebody without properly documents)

Note: 1986 -- Bill gates, Apple, linux or NASA did not have many tecnology that we have today, funny :-)

2) 27 years with illegal entry by south border means a huge black market for dirt guys.

A) smuglers
B) drugs
C) money wash
D) prostitution
E) slave labor
F) desistabilization on mexico governament
G) human trafic

Note: many more, to open a big hole in american economy. I forget about those guys with expire visas.

3) scapegoat to american election. Just to promote bad guys in our powerfull body ( governament )

Now is time to fix this broken system , because many people death, sofer and cry just to enrich a few, bad busyness without a lider.

Thanks
DWG

No, that's payback for that Black trick you shortchanged down in Hunts Point. He was down to his very last dollar and you had no mercy. That's when I had to go into action and apply the cuffs on you.
