I hope all States wake up and realize that their coffers have been drained by the illegal invasion and their anchors. Refuse all magnets that keep them coming and hopefully they will finally leave our Country. From Social Services , reduced rent, and the long time free ride illegals have enjoyed. It's time for all States to remove the so-called rights of illegals .they can go home and apply legally.

you need a permit to rent a house? are they next going to require a permit to buy a house? be careful what you wish for.
will you need a permit to eat at a dinner or shop at wal-mart?

wait till they deny a permit to someone they think is illegal and then find out that they aren't or worse yet are actually a citizen. the first mistake will bring a lawsuit that they won't win and just might not have the money to pay for.

well i don't know. even you now have to get permission from the gov to work at certain jobs and here in al it is most jobs. since when did we need permission from the gov to work?
now to answer your question, how would a landlord or a local gov really know that someone was illegal? you're the one who introduced the term race. you're the one trying to drag the conversation in that direction.

you can run anyone with a ss # through e-verify,heck have them run it themselves for free showing they have a right to be here.

hr2885 may help as well. a legal workforce think that may be able to help in other was.

so it's ok with you that the gov has the right to say whether or not you can personally work the job that you wish to apply for? i's ok that you have to yield your right to work to the approval of a gov agency?

If you are a union member Union bosses can dictate whether, or not, you can work. Guess you're ok with that, right?

you voluntarily join a union and you have a perceived right to vote your union bosses out. that being the point i have never joined a union. although unions have tried to make it mandatory as thy try to take over the workforce of different industries. i am not ok with that.
so what was your point?

what does that have to do with the freedom to work? closed shop is an option you don't have to work under that situation. you are free to work else where.
besides what does that have to do with getting a permit/permission to live in a rental house?

I have never applied for a rental of anything, a home, apartment, mortgage anything, in my State without them needing my ID and running a background check. When you rent tool's, you need ID. No one in this Country legally would be apposed to getting a legal permit to do anything. Stop the insanity Barry....

so you are ok with a govt that stabs it's citizens in the back by giving to illegal aliens?

as it stands right now i know of no landlord who will rent without proper id ss# and a full credit check, some even do background checks which shows me all who have illegal aliens knows what they are renting to and should lose the property.they most likely got it illegally anyway being the support illegal aliens.

but there is no law that requires the business person to require that. however that is not the issue how about the next time you want to rent a car you have to go down town and get a permit before you go to the dealer and rent a car. that is not the America i want to live in.

it is not about showing id or passing the scrutiny of a credit check, it is about getting gov approval to do what most people would think is a freedom that our forefathers fought for

where did that come from? i work by myself gov regulations eliminated my desire hire employees. i keep all the money. i don't have to deal with workman's comp or other overpriced liability ins. and taxes while still complicated are a whole lot easier.
so for you to make a wild accusation like that shows that either you need to grow up or you're simply a jerk.
