Where will the holy, humble, super human who can lead the modern Catholic world of more than a billion believers be from?

Who will be able to preach eternal truth while confronting contemporary spiritual, social, economic and political challenges?

Where does one gain such a knowledge of the Holy Will of the Almighty?

Put another way, is Mexico that place or is Canada?

What would Torchwood, a purveyor of truth in Topix, vote? And we know how the dark rodent would vote, don't we (his vote has already been cast)?

The Dispatcher won't vote? Everyone knows that he would vote for Brazil. There is a good chance, but Rico won't like it.

Rico has already ordered the big rims (21's) for the Pope-Mobile, at last report from the homies (Rico still owes them money).

The homies report Rico is back to using his Nun disquise to try and get in to the Vatican conclave, but controversy abounds as well. A homie of Rico's agreed to reveal allegations he admitted were true that he had "inappropriate" relations with Rico.

Actually, anything to do with Rico of East Los is "inappropriate." He *is* the dark rodent!!!!!!!!!!

Countdown to a pope pick and it's super-secret. Rico knows alot about being super-secret and it sounds as if he has infiltrated the Cardinals of Rome and has effectively put the gag order on the American Cardinals (loose lips they are in the media spotlight and Rico saw that right away).

The new Pope could be a Canadian and the first act would be to begin the process of sainthood for Torchwood. I think she has to really die to actually get the decaration (Rico is OK with the die part, but the rest just isn't working for him).

"Friday morning, Vatican spokesman Rev. FredeRico Lombardi said, the cardinals will announce the date for their secret Sistine Chapel vote at 7 p.m. Rome time but that the conclave may not be until "Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday.""

I think this FredeRico was wearing a Nun habit at the time of this annocemant. Interesting...Lombardi was a football coach, but not for Mexico, even though Lombardi is a Mexican name, kind of like, Romney...

The conclave to elect a new Pope will start next Tuesday. In the past 100 years, no conclave has lasted longer than 5 days, but Rico knows this already.

Rico is also watching the Vatican bank, many changes have occurred recently, with the 30 year old mysterious death of Roberto Calvi known as "God's Banker" (he was found hanging under Blackfriars Bridge, his feet dangling in the River Thames in the heart of London, on June 18, 1982; he wore two pairs of underwear...) still in mind.

Rico has reminded the homies Radix malorum est cupiditas, the Latin Biblical quotation meaning greed is the root of evil. And the homies have responded that they still want to be paid for their services (lawn care, car washing, fresh towels, etc.).

The chimney has now been installed on the Sistine Chapel and when the Conclave has a elected a new Pope, they tell the world by the color of the smoke that comes out.

Rico is smokin', but he won't be able to change the color of the smoke for a new Pope, unless and only, if that new Pope is indeed Mexican and, if so, the smoke will be brown.

But Vatican officials also acknowledged that there is some uncertainty about the whole endeavor, given the difficulties in discerning the color of smoke that will snake out of the Sistine chimney --black if no pope has been elected, white if they got one.

Ring dem bells for Daisy.

The Vatican outlined the timeline for the balloting and confirmed that the bells of St. Peter's Basilica will ring once a pope has been elected.

Ps. Remember the homies have reported that they think Rico has infiltrated the conclave in Rome and he has a cell phone, but Rico will only text to topix...

Hola topix, it's me, Rico, texting, in a secret place, so no one will know.

There are mucho the foreigners flying into town to capture the historic moment — an influx that may become overwhelming if breaking with tradition and elect the first pope from Latin America, home to 40 percent of the world’s Catholics. OMG, what if Mexico???????

Uh oh, someone is tapping his foot, what do i do? Gotta go.

Vatican Preps Sistine Chapel With Jamming Device, Stove for White Smoke

The Vatican spokesman noted that jamming devices are now being installed in the chapel, but not under the floorboards as previously reported.

Is that a bingo?

It's illegal to place bets on the pope in the United States – even in Nevada -- because it's considered an election. Plenty of foreign bookmakers, however, are capitalizing on what they say could be the biggest moneymaker ever outside of sporting events.

Obama says that an American Pope would be effective, but would an American Pope be too closely aligned with U.S government?

Next pope: Oddsmakers pick two papal favorites, American cardinals seen as long shots

Three Americans are among the top 10 cardinals who have a prayer of becoming the next pope of the Roman Catholic Church, but it’s a long shot.

Cardinal Angelo Scola, 71, of Milan, at 9-4 and Cardinal Odilo Pedro Scherer, 63, of San Paolo, Brazil, at 4-1 are the front-runners, oddsmakers say, as 115 cardinals enter the Vatican's Sistine Chapel early Tuesday to begin the election process.

Warnings have been issued not to become fixated on the chimney stack as it may cause watchers to be placed in a papal trance.

So Rico might be back from Rome. I wonder if the homies got paid what he owed them?

Maybe Rico gave up the low rider to the homies?
