Not according to this judges ruling, a injustice by not allowing us to enforce laws already on the books

No illegals should be able to sue for "civil" rights violations -- civil rights are for CITIZENS. Illegals get a hearing and deported. Period. They have the "right" to go home. They do not belong here.

This gets more inane as it goes...

Read the last name of the Judge, if Judge "Smith" had made that ruling it would have been different.

NO suprise here! No suprise, Yale Law School sought out Judge Chatigny to hear this case. No suprise Judge Chatigny ruled the way he did. Chatigny continues to demonstrate his inability to remain impartial and seperate his political beliefs from rule of law. Check out his record of mixing his political beliefs with his decisions from the bench. This is true injustice.

Boughton will have to own up to his lie that the Danbury police were not involved in this sting.

Why are you telling us? You're in Malaysia. Tell your government.

However, the statements you are making are ridiculous and the part about the blacks is very racist.

There is nothing wrong with legal people.*This* country -- America -- has always been a melting pot and, as long as people "meld", it is fine.

so they are allowing them to illegally work in the US? this is outrageous what is the point of having these laws if no one is going to follow them.

Here we go with the watering down of our language. From illegal aliens, to undocumented workers, to immigrants. Let's just give them citizenship and the right to vote next. The News-Times would like that.

I love how the "Danbury 11" name has been created - makes it seem like the Chicago 7. The News Times wants to gin up controversy - helps to sell papers.

If they are illegal - get them out.

There is your first problem. The US constitution applies to any person on US territory regardless of citizenship.

In the same way that one would have to abide by the laws of a forgein country when traveling abroad, EVERY person is protected by the bill of rights...which is why the city of Danbury and the mayor are in trouble when the truth about this raid comes out.

You say abide by the laws, but illegal immigrants are NOT doing that. And what truth about the raid, the truth is they are in the country illegally and should be deported.

This lawsuit will continue ad infinitum. Each year new Yalies join the law school and others graduate and it takes the new ones 6 months to catch up on all the details in their lack of a case. Rather than read it all, they just continue to request the same information over and over again, wasting everyone's time and money.
