She is still a illegal alien. Starting Jan 2013 the Real ID act goes into effect. No one w/o a Real ID, valid passport with visa will be able to board a FAA aircraft.

Also everyone arrested will have their fingerprints ran through ICE.

Anyone approved for deferred action will have their fingerprints stored in a illegal alien data base, forever. Anytime they are arrested or apply for a job or have any type of background check, they will come up as being in the country illegally, as a illegal alien.

So you just screwed yourself. Obama didn't give you any legal status, only congress can do that. The latest Obama will be in office will be Nov 2016, if he gets pass next weekend.

Obama and immigration is why i'am voting Romney this time. Even if Obama is reelected i'am voting republican for the senate and the house too. Congress won't work with Obama so there's going to be 4 more years of nothing.

Boo Hoo! She only gets it for two years!!!

They call her angry! When is she going to turn her anger on the person who is responsible for it all, her mother?!

In the mean time, mamacita stands in the background, NEVER learning English in the almost 20 years she has been in America, but will bennie from daughter's efforts.

Vote!!! Mexico flushed its toilet, and the sewage rushed here!

Are you positive these laws will be enforced in Calif. I know Utah has several Court cases pending , regarding E-verify and several Arizona immigration laws. I thought California figured out how to create their own versions of these laws, that don't enforce the ones you mentioned?

I refuse to live with it. And I know 100's of other that refuse. The cost's have been to great. We do not want Cultural Diversity. We are Happy with the Constitution of the U.S. We are proud to speak English and pledge our Allegiance to the Unites States. We don't want to eat or dance or speak Spanish or hire teachers that have to speak Spanish and educate the 3rd World poor. Sorry !!!

"After a lifetime of avoiding any public place where she might be asked for identification, had she just made the biggest mistake of her life?"

That doesn't sound "fearless" to me. Actually it sounds rather sleazy, totally disrespectful of our laws, desires and civilized way of life.

By contrasty wife immigrated legally and is very proud and public about it. She and a couple of her legally immigrated friends are all taking IDs to wave and dressing in red, white and blue to go vote next Tuesday. They were brave enough to co-operate with the medical exams, criminal records checks and good moral character checks, follow all the rules and pay the fees to come here the correct way.

In your dreams mofo.
You're just pissed because you spent a small fortune importing your mail order wife into the states, as Rico puts it:
Don't hate the player, hate the game, dummy.

She is not an immigrant, she is an illegal alien. An immigrant is one from another country to legally immigrates.

Incorrect, anybody here illegally without having a visa upon entry is an illegal alien. If one overstays the visa thent he correct term is undocumented.
Go look up immigration law and get some education.
Tick tock.

This is the difference between Asians and Mexicans. Why some countries move forward and other get stuck in the past. Look at Asia and then look at Mexico. Mexicans teach their children the same, education is a bad thing.

"Mexicans abhor education. In their country, illiteracy dominates. As they arrive in our country, only 9.6 percent of fourth generation Mexicans earn a high school diploma. Mexico does not promote educational values. This makes them the least educated of any Americans or immigrants. The rate of illiteracy in Mexico stands at 63 percent."
