I've thought about fasting, quick way to lose a few pounds before the holidays. These folks won't starve, they'll subsist on bread and water for a few days, then go home when they see that there's nothing to be done in DC.

When the Dreamers heard about a gathering at the "National Mall" they probably said, "I'm in, only 42 days 'til Christmas, might as well get my shopping done".

They'll just use Theire WIC cards and food stamps given to them by the American govt during breaks, they're not fooling anyone!
