SAYREVILLE - Five months after Hurricane Sandy inundated its sewage treatment facilities in Sayreville, the Middlesex County Utilities Authority is still in "emergency mode," trying to get back to pre-storm operations, officials said.

Even more important, anyone know if they've made any changes to make the power grid more resilient? Or are we still at their mercy if another storm comes?
