The only way Sandy people should be helped is using the money to make them live inland. Anyone in future who wants to live along the coast flooding areas accepts the responsibility for the losses. They should do the same thing with the southern coast. Why would you rebuild in new orleans, or the other low land areas and then ask the rest of us to pay for your losses?
