A "shelter" with a 65% Kill Rate has absolutley NO business taking in more animals. http://www.nokillhouston.org/houston-kill-she...

They should not take in more animals, until they are saving ALL of the animals that they already have. With kill rates this high, it is very likely that animals were killed to make room for these "rescued" animals. And if any of these "rescued" animals are Pit Bulls, they will not be offered for adoption... meaning that they will all be KILLED. They will receive NO chance for adoption, just killed.

THIS IS NOT RESCUE.
