Magisterial District Judge David Barilla of Swoyersville dismissed charges police filed against an Albrightsville man who allegedly didn't finish thousands of dollars of work at a Swoyersville home.
Barilla cleared Lemire Stevenson Brown, 51, of the charges of home improvement fraud and receiving advance payment for services and failing to perform following a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
