Change at Great Falls reduces downstream flooding in Woodland Park, Totowa
Wooden boards that were designed to break away during high river flows have been removed from the top of this dam at the Great Falls in Paterson to lower the level of the river and reduce downstream flooding in Woodland Park and Totowa.
