Channel 6 out of Philly took a video of Seaside Park. It's very unprofessional but the houses on Ocean Ave. look pretty good. Also, you can see the grass on the ball field. Another photo taken from the beginning of the boardwalk businesses south show very little damage to the homes. There is a picket fence still standing plus all the shrubbery in front of the houses.

Jim, if your condo is in the pinkish building with the curved windows, it looks pretty good in the Channel 6 (or maybe channel 3) Philly video.

#44 Nov 1, 2012 has on the front page a aerial view map of the east coast damages from Sandy which you can zoom in close enough to see the houses in Seaside Park and South Seaside Park. At least you might be able to see if the house is still standing.

Channel 6abc in Philly has a video. It takes forever to download but everything looks OK. The ball field is totally green and the houses on Ocean Ave. don't show much damage.

Anyone know about the houses on Bayview by 13th? Right across from the fishing pier - longtime friend lives there.
