Will the International Response to Hurricane Sandy Be Any Better than the Response to Haiti's Quake or Cholera Disasters? Poor roads and communications have hindered damage assessments and relief efforts.
The internatonal community is like an Obama supporter -- envious of the top 2% -- and it views the United States as too rich, so little or no help will come from the world.
