House Republicans rolled out their scaled-back $27 billion Hurricane Sandy disaster aid bill Tuesday morning setting up a floor debate in which Northeast lawmakers have been promised a crack at adding $33 billion more to meet the Senate-passed spending level.

Chris Christie is right to blame Boehner. Most people in congress with brains do not like or respect him and that is especially true in northeast Ohio (the best educted area of Ohio, it is the morons down south who put him in office).
