Please show ANY correlation between the twitter accounts and 'liberals'. This is pure gobbledegook.

Facts are that there are going to be people commenting for and against this 'connection' regardless of political stripe.

Did you read the article? The Liberals (Warming alarmists) are tweeting this had something to do with global warming.

Right-wing asshats on Topix blame global warming on liberals. Now there's something disgusting.

Righties - for them, EVERYTHING's partisan...

1. There is no such thing as a "warming alarmist." That's a purely partisan term.

2. Conecting warming with "liberalism" is a purely partisan action.

3. Warming is affecting the world and drying out forest lands which then catch fire more easily. Nothing remotely partisan or non-factual about that.

You really need to get a grip on reality, tool.

Forest lands have caught fire since the beginning of time. The Freaking land around Yarnell gets dry every single summer, do you think Yarnell in the summer time is some kind of green tropical area? The alarmists are closely connected to Liberalism, it's a mental disorder. Every single disaster, they scream "global warming". Ok if the world is getting a little warmer, deal with it, wtf are we supposed to do about it? What is your suggestion? This fire was started by Lightning. Did Gore say Lightning is a result of warming? You WARMIST alarmists are purely brainwashed idiots! Shame on you to focus on global warming when 19 young men died.

Maybe it's time we stop sending firefighters in the forest to save homes of people that shouldn't be living there in the first place. It's like the people in CA that build their homes on a cliff or in Florida on a beach.

Just a parallel to your usual idiotic argument,'The Earth has warmed and cooled over time so warming is nothing new!'

FYI, douche, I'm not blaming this fire directly on warming. But warming IS contributing to changes in weather patters and increased temperatures, and those are going to make for more droughts and drier, hotter conditions in certain areas of the globe which in turn will lead to more fires. That's not a secret, nor is it rocket science.

Thanks for bringing Gore's name into the argument, BTW, and thereby disqualifying yourself...:)

And maybe we should just let apartment buildings burn, since they're inherently dangerous with all those people doing different things like smoking, using dangerous heaters or appliances, etc. It's their own fault.

And why have cops patrolling city streets? If you live in a high-crime area it's your fault and you deserve to die.

FIRST, you point out that due to more heat and dryness, we can expect more forest fires, then act like it's our duty to protect the people's trophy home in them....LOL..then you come up with some off related stupid comparison of people living in a safer fire zone...LOL Funny!

People living in a high crime/apartment area normally don't have a choice, we need to protect them as much as we can. People choosing to build their homes in the boondocks surrounded by big trees and 40 year old brush need not be a life and death priority saving their homes.

You said a bunch of stupid things, I don't hack my way through everything you say...it's not worth the time.

But obviously a massive, world-wide reduction in C02 output through the elimination of dirty fossil fuels such as coal, coupled with a massive upsurge in green energy, would help a great deal.

People and their homes need protecting wherever they are. Are you just writing them off and letting them fend for themselves?

Then my somewhat hyperbolic comparisons were apt.

I know your precious time is so valuable....LOL...but long before the pollution there have been fires. That is not a solution, that is a liberal cry. Funny how all you liberals point to coal, is that so you can justify driving your big vehicles and fly to protests? There is no proof that world-wide CO2 output has caused this, plus that would be virtually impossible for a quick solution. You have nothing.

It’s your “right” as a “property owner” to build your house in a fire zone, on a flood plane, or some place where it is impossible for first responders to reach you in the event of a disaster? It’s your “right” to go on a technical mountain climb when you have no experience or trainging, and then expect the authorities to mobilize millions of dollars worth of equipment and personnel to pluck you off a mountainside, or send the military in because you sailed your yacht into hostile waters and have been boarded by a gang of pirates who are about to murder you and your family, or you went hiking along the border of an enemy country and were arrested and tossed into prison? Well, OK, I guess you have the right to do all this, but you should NOT expect the rest of us to pay the cost of your imprudence.
Yarnell is totally depressed. The median household income is $25,000. They died to protect shacks.

people should not build homes in forest fire zones unless they are willing to see them burn.
The truth is that all forests will eventually burn, and if you build a home or a business in ANY forest, your home or business will eventually burn.

it’s morally wrong to ask other people to put their lives at risk to extinguish these fires. We should let them burn and focus on evacuation and rebuilding.

the best way to prevent forest fires is to start forest fires and let the forests burn out so that they aren’t combustible. This is precisely why firefighters set fires to burn out selected areas and create “firewall” that can no longer combustible.

The truth is that most forests would be better off if we would let them burn. And we humans would be better off if we stopped building homes in forested areas that are sooner or later going to catch fire due to the simple fact that forests produce fuel, and fuel eventually burns.
