Al Queeda will not return to Afghanistan since they were never in Afghanistan. The opposition in Afghanistan is the TALIBAN.
And the fight in Afghanistan will not be over until they have a government of ALL the people INCLUDING the Taliban, rather than an 'elected dictatorship' run by the USA.
