I don't see that it needs to correct this article. The 400 ppm mark is certainly coming and the OAHU station is the more accurate place to measure global levels.
They MIGHT have a look at their statement "As a rule of thumb, CO2 concentrations will have to be restricted to about 450ppm if global warming is to be kept below 2°C (a level that might possibly be safe)." as it is 350 PPM that was necessary to keep AGW from 2C warming or not. There is even a group that promotes the point ( 350.org ). I do not find anyone that claimed 450 ppm as the limit for 2C change. The source of the original warning was http://arxiv.org/abs/0804.1126
