Organization Studies? Hardly a scientific journal.

Professional engineers and geoscientists? Non-experts in climate science then.

Deniers are liars.

Forbes lies.

No, they use descriptive verbiage to avoid a lie.

We've seen it in the last couple of years. The number of papers endorsing AGW has dropped. The number of citations of AGW papers has dropped. We were being treated to papers of science with the conclusions having some statement about AGW, not happening with recent papers. Pulling punches.

If you read what is being published, it doesn't have the same flavor as what was published just 3-5 years ago.

But I guess you wouldn't notice if you didn't read the papers.

Just because you say it doesn't make it true.

If it's true, it's to be expected because that's what happens when a field is well understood.

Next year is the IPCC reporting. A lot of the climate scientists are contributing to it directly.

You are so jealous of science and scientists, it's not funny, ff.

Just because fun farts says it probably makes it a lie. And in this case it is definitely a lie.

Deniers are liars.

fun farts lies.

If FF has no facts, FF will make them up. We have seen this over and over. That is why he never references science. And how can he be jealous of something he knows nothing about? It would be more accurate to say that he denies facts, rather than is jealous of the scientists who uncover them.

"WASHINGTON (AP)— Nearly 4 out of 5 Americans now think temperatures are rising and that global warming will be a serious problem for the United States if nothing is done about it, a new Associated Press-GfK poll finds."

"Belief and worry about climate change are inching up among Americans in general, but concern is growing faster among people who don’t often trust scientists on the environment. In follow-up interviews, some of those doubters said they believe their own eyes as they’ve watched thermometers rise, New York City subway tunnels flood, polar ice melt and Midwestern farm fields dry up"

It is no longer a problem of communications of non-obvious facts. The facts are making themselves felt and the result is a rising tide of voters who are considering the issue to be real and relevant to their own health and welfare NOW.

The effort some people put into trying to deny the agreement among scientists about the dangers of AGW actually shows how solid and worrying to them the agreement is.

Did you see the first commentor to the article.

The survey the author cites isn’t “scientists” as stated in the title of the op-ed, it is a survey of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. That’s like surveying tobacco company CEO’s about the dangers of smoking. It would be a reasonable piece about the opinion of petroleum engineers in Alberta if that was made clear, instead that was hidden. I wonder why

Gee if you had any real science to post you would just sit back with your HA HA's. No, you start that peanut thing and name calling to try and defend that scientific science fiction Bull S. degree. See you’re walloped again and again.
