I stopped in Kansas once. The highest point in the state is only 3 feet above sealevel. And I gazed out and saw 947,000 square mils of WHEAT.

What's wrong with wheat? Don't you like bread?? Or are you just too stupid to realize that's where flour comes from???

Just had a beer and a sandwich.:)

Was just pointing out that there's apparently not much else to see in Kansas.

(I think a good part of the population of Kansas nowadays in is the federal Witness Protection Program. You just walk into the wheatfields, and disappear.....)

Foxy, you didn't pay much attention during geography lessons, did you? Kansas is hardly at 3 feet above sea level.(Try looking up what the altitude actually is in Kansas. Google is your friend.)

When you make such inane comments you make everything else you say look equally inane.

Try looking up the word "humor" in an online dictionary.

(And no, I don't think the State Of Kansas is anywhere's near the 947,000 square mile figure I quoted. It's about 82,277 square miles. Obviously stating that there is 947,000 square miles of wheat there should give you a slight clue that it was a joke.)

But then... You're obviously obtuse and cannot recognize humor when it's staring you in the face.

Because you're so stupid when it comes to just about everything else, we assume you are just being a moron as usual.

It's actually a very well reasoned opinion finding that enforcement of the former couple's co-parenting agreement was in the best interest of their children. Kansas law doesn't consider biological relation and/or adoption the only ways someone can become a parent and the law applies regardless of the sex of the couple and whether or not they were legally married.

I was addressing only those who are angry at my posts.

There are plenty of people here who post ridiculously inane things I totally disagree with. I simply ignore their posts completely. I suggest he do the same to mine if they get his panties in such a twist.

Now, do I REALLY think that the Obamanic is Evil ?

YES, I do !

Does Kansas import their judges from somewhere else?

It's the result of 8 years with Democrat Governors and another 4 with a moderate Republican, they sapped the Court of pretty much any obvious ideological bent. It was the only way to get their appointments through our obviously ideologically bent, but then easily gridlocked Legislature. They went with bland competence. If you read the opinion, they give Frazier the victory in the battle over whether she has the right to be considered as a parent at all under their parenting agreement, but they didn't give her victory in the war. How the parenting agreement is to be enforced has been remanded for reconsideration. Bland (but definitely appreciated) competence.

How do judges get the bench in Kansas?

The Supremes have their own nominating committee. They'll put together a list of 5 and the Governor gets to pick his choice from that. The Governor has enough pull with that nominating committee to make sure he's going to get the somebody he wants on it, but they are fully vetted to avoid any potential embarrassments.
