"Natamycin, which Kraft says is a natural mold inhibitor."
Sounds yummy.
Food is supposed to mold, otherwise it's NOT food.
And wouldn't Kraft make MORE money with one less chemical to add and their products had a shorter shelf life?
People pay more for 'natural' products that have less ingredients.
Go figure.

How long does cheese have to 'age' before it's cheese? Then when you buy it... after it's opened within 1 month it can get mold on it.

So, with one less additive, will the price decrease? I doubt it.

They aren't allowed to call it "cheese" by the FDA.

Read the label.

It is also an antibiotic.

It decreases the efficiency of one's immune system thus making one immune compromised and more deficient than normal and results in biological resistance in the germs and mold it is supposed to inhibit.

If Kraft were really supportive of marriage equality the product would be called "Kraft Doubles."

They used to have to call it "cheese food", but now the category is called "cheese product".

Do people really eat this stuff anymore? Real cheese, although more expensive, has much more of a full-body taste. Sharp Cheddar with a few apples and grapes, and a glass of dry red wine is my favorite snack to have with my book reading in the late afternoon. Bon appetit!

Ah. A gentleman who knows how.

I like thin slices of pepper jack on slices of Granny Smiths, with an iced tea of rose hips, hibiscus and a tad of ginger.

Thank you, but I will have to take your word for the "gentleman" part. Pepper Jack.....oh yeah. I usually reserve that to have with sausage and crackers with my Martini or Manhattan.

Almost forgot. For tea I have either Earl Grey or Prince of Wales, Twinings, naturally. A smidgin of cream, and 3 cubes of sugar. I have a bit of a sweet tooth.
