I seriously just don't get it.......these anti-gay folks say "LET THE PEOPLE VOTE" and then when the people vote in favor of Marriage Equality......then they still biotch and whine because they lost.......at what point will it end?

If we win in court, it's the fault of ACTIVIST JUDGES!!!

If we win by the legislators, then anti-gay folks go out and sue for various reasons!!!

And now that we have WON at the ballot box......these idiots are crying foul by making comments like "it wasn't clear enough" or "we out raised them"......but all that is is MORE FRUCKING EXCUSES!!!

I guess we could look at the win regarding Prop 8 was NARROWLY PASSED,right?

The bottom line is that sentiments towards Gays and Lesbians getting married ARE changing.......the fact that the ant-gay bigots don't like losing is no one's fault but their own!!!

toothpix is full of the sore losers. After 4 years of spouting shit about birth certificates, school records, ayers, wright, communist, golf, maxist, socialist, the con-nie version of the Constitution (which they failed to defend at the polls) and whatever rush dickless or fux pretend news told them to drone on about....

.....the prepped, little con-nie school girls have had it all handed back to them. And no one here is finished reminding con-nie of that.

I really don't think they are too stupid to see the trend, but they need to try to prolong the inevitable as long as possible to maximize continuation of their meal tickets.
In the future, With DOMA down, and most states embracing marriage equality, they will need to get real jobs.

And, I though a lot of transvestites were straight.

There are countless politicians in the south who get elected and re-elected based on only two issues, anti-equality and anti-choice for women ,as you know that is because countless in the south vote on just those two issues.

I find Limbaugh fans to be true racists and bigots but Beck fans more prone to paranoia and any far fetched conspiracy theory.

Limbaugh fans seem to hate and no manipulation is needed to get them there, while Beck fans live in absolute terror ,Beck is their "Chicken little".

If you think they are sore losers, can you even begin to imagine the gloating they would be doing today if their guys had WON? A lot of them were already gloating last week, promising how they would laugh and point and make fun, how the liberal party is OVER.

I note they are as quiet as the grave today, unless they ARE in their graves. I hadn't heard of any mass suicides, but I haven't checked all the news sources yet!

His job is to disavow 9/11. All others on the table. Wars are okay. Two party system. A hundred views mix and match. And we chose one or the other while agreeing with some and disagreeing with others. Elitists got us good. the progressive ones are more direct since they have the power.

The rightwingnut republicunts are becoming like the KKK in the 1960s and 1970s, dwindling in number as society becomes more enlightened and demographics change.

Then again the older rightwingnut republicunts WERE members of the KKK in the 1960s and 1970s.

The Republican party has one choice with 2 options:

1) Evolve the party to work with the changing demographics of our country, and becomre more progressive and inclusive of the groups it has shunned for so long.

2) Die.

There aren't any other options, and this election has served to highlight that the Republican party really only makes sense to older white men. That's the only group of which the majority voted Republican. All other groups had a majority voting Democrat.

My uncle is a Glenn Beck zombie. He votes against his own blue collar interest and has become an unpleasant, paranoid nut.

I was going to goof around after the election and tell him that conservatives were now going to be sent to FEMA camps, I have read several conservatives in TOPIX say this but opted not to to because my aunt has had enough of him and do not want to cause problems.

It's quite funny to see their numbers shrinking, especially after 2004/2006 when the republicunts were talking about eliminating the dumbocrats, becoming a one-party state.

In the 1980s in Canada, the Liberal party had held power for a long time, then badly lost a federal election due to corruption and scandals. They dropped from over 140 seats out of 307 in Canada's parliament down to 40, and the Progressive Conservatives (aka Tories) exploded to more than 200 seats in that same parliamentary session. There were three major political parties at the time, those two and the socialist NDP.

Eight years later, however, the Tories' rampant corruption was even worse than the Liberals', and they fell from over 200 seats to 2 - TWO seats, ONE PLUS ONE. That failure (combined with digust for the Liberals) led to the rise of two more political parties (the far right Reform/Alliance and the seperatist Parti Quebecois), five parties in all with major chunks of the parliament. The two right wing parties have since merged and the PQ have shrunk, but the political landscape has changed dramatically over the last 25 years because people got sick of a (mostly) two party system. The NDP, usually the minor player and sometimes Liberal coalition partner, got over 100 seats in the 2011 election.

If the US is lucky, that's what will happen: the US will wind up with multiple parties in regional blocs. Real democracies have at least three major parties and often have minority and coalition governments. Bribery becomes much harder when parties have to worry about being stabbed in the back by other parties, when they have to listen to voters in order to stay in power.

Right wingers based Romney's loss on him being a moderate, when mostly he lost because of his primary swing to the right.
