Truth in advertising, they are about 55,000 bitches. They have approximately 945,000 to go before being a million. They don't seem to like much of anything that's on TV. They should consider shutting it off and shutting the f up.

I know they have weekend online get togethers and chat about the youtube videos they flag for being "pornographic".

Could you imagine being married to someone like that?

I disagree. It's just a small minority of Christians (AND The Roman catholic Church) that are like this, but they constant screaming about it all the time makes them appear far larger than they really are (Like a cat that is suddenly surprised and sticks all it's hair up to say: "I'm a GREAT BIG SCARY CAT ! YOU BETTER STAY AWAY FROM ME !")

I lived in NY till bit over 4 years ago and never met people like this till moving to Florida.

I find the southern Christians a "hate machine" .

Well, as I've said before, I'm a church-going Christian and belong to 2 denominations, those being The evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and The United Church Of Christ (UCC).

BOTH denominations welcome LGBT people, have LGBT pastors, allow the marriages of LGBT people in the church, and both also have gay bishops.

So stereotyping by saying, "ALL CHRISTIANS ARE HATERS AND ARE AGAINST EQUALITY FOR LGBT AMERICANS", is factually wrong, and it's hurtful to gay Christians, and other Christians who are in favor of equality for us.

Until 18 months ago, I lived in New York, and attended a Lutheran church each Sunday, and the pastor there had no problem with me being openly gay, he's a nice guy and I enjoyed attending there.

Now that I live in southern Arizona, I attend a UCC church, and once again the pastor has no problem with me being openly gay, and he is also a very nice guy, and wet out of his way a few months back to help me out of a jam.

I've attended MANY churches the past 50 years, and I have NEVER heard anti-gay preaching or rhetoric, and have always been welcomed at whatever church, of whatever denomination I have ever attended.

It's these very small loud-mouth churches with all their ranting and raving and preaching of doom and gloom and fire from the sky, that gets all the attention. But they're really just a very tiny minority with a VERY BIG MOUTH.

So you don't like people "stereotyping" christians? Too bad. Maybe you should think about that before making sweeping statements about blacks, Jews, women, foreigners, and every other minority you attack here every day with unrestrained delight.

You label Democrats as "evil, pure evil," even though homophobia is decidedly more rampant among christians. And your oh-so-enlightened pastors who have "no problem" with your "being openly gay," do they too find it "hurtful"? What a shame. Get over it, hypocrite.

I've never said anything bad about about blacks, Jews, women, nor foreigners. And as far as Democrats and EPE, it's the truth.

Then discard the christian bible, since that is the source of all that nasty stuff.

I vote Democrat for many reasons such as VA benefits which the GOP has constantly voted against, consumer rights , clean water and air.,etc.
I am not a liberal more like a moderate Dem but the GOP offers me nothing at all but BS symbolic flag draping and Bible verses which the use to screw women over and GLBT community .
In many ways, Obama has been a let down and not the man I thought he was but even than he won reelection because the GOP has become lethal .
Are you aware that a recent report was released by the defense department which analyzed "drone strikes" and concluded that THOUSANDS of civilians have been killed by them since The Obamaniac took office, and that they kill far more civilians than piloted aircraft do ?

What give shim the right to target and kill Americans overseas without accusation, indictment, trial, nor conviction ? THIS is what the Democratic Party stands for and approves ??? The murder of INNOCENTS ??? If Bush had done this, he would have been IMPEACHED !

But The Obamaniac can do this, and the Democrats won't say a word, BECAUSE HE'S BLACK ! WHO'S guilty of RACISM ???

I am not religious but my parents are "Live and let lie NY Catholics" .
The Bible has horrible ,evil ,violent verses and "Love your brother and sisters" type verses.
It is wacky, inconsistent and contradicts itself as much as the Quran.
Christian conservatives ,Conservative Catholics, Evangelicals and Islamic extremists , LIVE TO HATE .
Thus they pick and choose the passages , verses which suit their needs while ignoring what is inconvenient for them.
In Egypt the people have said , NO to the religious extremism but sadly close to half of USA ,continues to embrace and attempt to impose their religious extremism.
I was over-seas in the Army (artillery)and it is hypocritical how we scream about Muslims imposing their will on others but have no problem when Christians do the same.
Muslims use the sword (they are savage) and Christians use the pen but the objective is the exact same.
I do not want to live under either nor should I have to. It is their God and selective hateful version of their God. It is not mine .
I never really thought about The Crusades, until all this middle east hubbub got up and running. I was frankly AMAZED at how VIOLENT and CRUEL the Crusaders were in Persia. No WONDER they are cranky!

Did you ever read the old book "Hawaii" By James Michner? What the missionaries did to the native Hawaiians was truly barbaric, for one, introducing them to a new theocracy, and completely banning their own long held beliefs. Absolutely dreadful.

From what I have read the aboriginal Hawaiians are just NOW trying to restart their own beliefs and the US government finally officially apologized for their dreadful behavior about 3 years ago, I note the church has NOT done so.
