I am honestly disgusted by some of the comments by the light community here. Burn down their church for standing up for their beliefs. How is that any better than how they treat us? If they want to have a private church funded prom separated from the school prom they have every right as long as its not school funded. How can we expect to be taken seriously when we call for violence against children? That part probably disgusted me the most.

Thank you my friend. Somebody has some common sense. I don't agree with gays being at prom but I'm fine with the other kids getting there own separate prom from the church or somewhere else. Then let the gays have the school prom. There might only be 20 people there but so what

I think you will find more show up than you believe will. Today is a different world than even when I was a kid. I've done things in the last few years that if you asked me if I would have been able to do being transgender I would have laughed in your face.

You need to understand I disagree with the stance of the group. However I am first American and therefore will support their right to believe as they do. I don't suspect or even expect to be shown the same respect but that's not why I do things like that I do this because I believe in treating people how I want to be treated even if I don't receive the same.
