and if the girls are from outside Japan, like the Philippines or the Ukraine. No one give a dam.
One reason Im for legal prostitution is if legal then law enforcement could check the girls to see if they are victims of Human trafficking and are the girls here legally or US citizens
and if the girls are not here legally the people owning and running it should be charged automaticlly with human trafficing
Regarding Japan, with the new treaties regarding human trafficking (a good thing, in and of itself) the unintended consequence has been to cut off the available jobs for women from foreign countries. Women that used to be able to get jobs as hostesses are now left sitting in their home countries, unemployed.

I don't know about that... Any age chosen will be arbitrary, and at 18, there are some people who are ready younger than that, and some that won't be ready for a few more years.(If ever...)
But 13? Even if they have started puberty buy that age, the social/emotional and cognitive development is not there. I seriously doubt that anyone is really ready to make a potentially lifelong commitment at 13. And if you are having sex, you had BETTER be ready to face the fact that it can carry a life long commitment. After all, NO form of birth control is perfect.
I just don't think it should be against the law to have sex with a 13 year old who has gone through puberty if they want to.

well, straights already have all their rights, but gays don't. therefore there's no double standard.
the second one is easy, also. gay rights and bible beliefs have absolutely nothing to do one with another.
and yes, there are double standards between what a parent can do and a child cannot. get used to that fact. a good example, i think, of what you are referring to here is swearing and using foul language. i have nothing at all against either parents, or their children using foul language, as long as both learn to express themselves clearly and succinctly without swearing first. using vulgar language isn't a substitute or a replacement for proper verbage, but should be used only to augment it when making a point.
for example, if first one learns to express themselves with words like:
cheap
tawdry
tacky
downmarket
trashy
cheapjack
gimcrack
jerry-built
bargain basement
cheap
and nasty
to mean that something is unattractive, not expensive, or of very bad quality, only then they are free to call something 'a piece of shit'.
do you understand the point i'm trying to make here?
We have friends of many different beliefs and situations. I have nothing against straights nor gays.
The point I was trying to make is that for some, it is OK to be against religion, but not OK to be for it. If things were truly "equal", both points of view and life styles would receive equal respect. People are so violently polarized that is unlikely. Sad and narrow minded really, to write off a large $ of good people simply because they disagree with you.

Lol. Obama kept insisting Romney's tax plan included a 5.2 trillion dollars in cuts for the rich even after that "fact" was debunked in the first segment of the debate.
Obama makes up his "facts", and thinks if he repeated them enough times, everyone will eventually believe them.
Just a hint. Those telling the truth look up or at the person they are responding to. Those that are lying look down. Go back and watch the debate again. Who was truthful?

i don't believe that anybody is actually 'against religion'. i think that people, even most devout church goers are getting heartily sick of the idea of getting beaten over the head with someone else's bible, and having someone else trying to foist their 'moral values' off on them all the time.

Oh my, it seems that Obama is in trouble and that must be the sweet aroma of liberal fear which you and Rose are giving off.

Be a dear and give my "best" to your buddy Debbie Wasserman at the gathering when Obama gives his concession speech .

GREAT news for the country but bad news for you libs.

Romney not only told the truth during the debate but proved once and for all that the leftist and clueless Kenyan is in space without his teleprompter and this was the break we needed and were waiting for.

One honest moment without the leftist bias media protecting their beloved anti-Christian guru.

Bye bye Obama, go join Dem Jimmy Carter in the one term club.

Not many watch the VP debate , I think it will go back and forth but the initial president debate has sealed the fate of the clueless liberal kenyan.

I hope Ryan shows over and over how Obama/Biden have close to single handedly destroyed our economy and have made our enemies bolder.

Luv Sarah Palin, you should feel vindicated from all the accusations of using biased sources. Mona just posted 10 supposed lies from Romney in the first debate, the source, biased as hell. Lol.
The funny part is, in the list of liberal propaganda, the only one that Obama actually contested was the last one. Also funny, is that there is absolutely no proof that the last one, or any of the other nine are lies. It's just the left grasping at straws once again when their talking points have been debunked.
I guess when liberals get proven to be liars, all they can do is play the " no I'm not, you are!" card.

Dear , At this point I feel sorrow for you because you are desperate and grabbing at liberal straws as your Dem ship sinks.

Your messiah was shown as the clueless joke, the inept fool which he is without someone telling him what to say, how to answer.

Romney stepped up to the plate and by stating facts and being the leader that he is, the Obama messiah was destroyed and now you have lost the race but cheer up because by Obama losing , the country and the world will now WIN.

Wouldn't you rather have a real leader who knows what to do than this 4 year disaster, this 4 year joke called Obama and see this country back on track?

Ofcourse you would.

Bye bye Obama , your reign of terror against the Church is coming to an end.

True, but don't count on Obama's fate being sealed. The libs are ruthless deceives, and the American people have been historically easily deceived.
Romney has to keep pressing forward or risk losing momentum.
