Catholic Church Waging War on Women and Gays

“Pharmacists must seek to raise people's awareness so that all human beings are protected from conception to natural death, and so that medicines truly play a therapeutic role”

Pope Benedict XVI said Monday that pharmacists have a right to use conscientious objection to avoid dispensing emergency contraception or euthanasia drugs - and told them they should also inform patients of the ... via Fables of the reconstruction

NEW YORK ó For the first time in its history, the United States does not have a Protestant majority, according to a new study.

Among the reasons for the change a spike in the number of American adults who say they have no religion.

Pew study, released Tuesday, found that about 20 per cent of Americans say they have no religious affiliation, an increase from 15 per cent in the last five years.

That was Miriam's complete quote.
There was no other sentence.
MY MY ... you are almost as defensive of Miriam's literature as the Christians are of their bible, and I don't wonder why.
No it was not the whole thing. There was an entire article. The fact that you don't even read the things you're using as a source speaks volumes about your dishonesty.

Defensive? Against lies? Damned straight. Doesn't matter what your lying about. I will call you out every time I see you do it. And the fact is, I've ALSO called you out on lies about what the bible says, and what Christians say. That you want to pretend it's only Wiccans ALSO speaks volumes about your dishonesty.

I doubt that "Starhawk's" goddess would ever "curse" her on any occasion whatsoever. That goddess is a REAL sweetie! Just ask Bitner.

Iíve had losses and disappointments, but they are far outweighed by the gifts the Goddess has blessed me with.

Why do you care so much how I read anything? All Wiccans take their own meanings from her literature.
If that were not so, there couldn't BE Christian-Wiccans ... could there Bitner???
You naughty witch!
Why? Because you are deliberately twisting what you read. That's why. It's your dishonesty that is the problem.

Her writings have nothing to DO with Christian Wiccans, June. You're deflecting.

You lying sack of shit.

Then either you're being deliberately dishonest, or you failed to understand what you read.

For Witches and Pagans who feel underrepresented in the mainstream media, the world has never offered so many avenues through which we can make our own media.

They are not lying. When YOU deliberately twist what is said so that you can use it as "proof" of an untrue statement, YOU are lying.

There are also many contradictions in Christianity, but people compartmentalize and make it work in their favor. They simply choose the scriptures that they favor, and ignore the ones that make them uncomfortable.
>>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>

Now I have also tried to say that because Wiccans don't believe in Satan, that Christian Wicca can't be possible either. But people will make "Messianic" Wicca work regardless of the contradictions. I say Blessings to them.

Well, Atheism comprises so many things. But one of the two emerging themes of Atheism is that you are your own Goddess or God. Another is that there is no Goddess or God.

While I believe that some Wiccans such as myself believe that each of us is a son and daughter of the Gods and thus we are Gods ourselves, I also believe that other Gods exist.

So because Atheism also holds that "There is no God", I would say that it is impossible for someone to be an Atheist Wiccan.

Active imaginations create images, but are the images real, or are they "simply" flights of fancy?
>>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>>> >>>>>

In another life I used to manage a coffee shop and I employed several Evangelical Christians. Listening to their experiences, I was surprised by how much of what they said mirrored my own faith. They talked about a personal relationship with Jesus in the same way I talk about a personal relationship with Pan.
