Bullshit.

Your statement is akin to claiming Scwinn bicycle production harms Ferrari sale goals.

Makes no sense and you're too scared to specify why.

Your verson of a "natural family" is exactly that and a personal definition.

It's not shared in other words.

I can see gays forming 'natural families' including those whom have children.

The fact you cannot is your problem.

What Scalia is suggesting is neither "pro-gay" nor "anti-gay." What he is saying is that any state is free to change its marriage laws to allow for same-sex marriage, but the federal constitution does not REQUIRE states to do it. He is absolutely right about that. Gays continue to conflate their personal desires with a constitutional right to have the state grant that desir. I don't oppose same sex marriage but I am also honest enough to undertand its not a federal constitutional right.
The 14th amendment in the Bill of Rights states, "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.."
As I see it, there is nothing in the Constitution or in the Bill of Rights that would justify denying any two consenting adults the privilege of marriage. On the contrary, the 14th amendment explicitly supports equal privileges for all U.S. citizens.
Thus, states ARE REQUIRED to grant these equal privileges to all its citizens.
