What proof do you have they had sex after Kaitlyn turned 18?

In America, at least the one I grew up in, you had to be able to PROVE guilt. For all you know Kaitlyn and the girl never got a chance to do the nasty again during or after her B.D.

BTW you should read the rest of that part of the law as well. If I read it correctly a 23 y/o guy can have sex with your 17 y/o daughter and it would be legal.

But what do you expect from a State that made bestiality illegal LESS THAN 5 YEARS AGO.

Because a delegate from near the same area got confused over what the term "animal husbandry" meant.

I kid you not.

It helps to make one understand the law..........anyone 18 or older, having sex with a 14 year old is against the law.

Gay or color has nothing to do with it.

She admits to it in the police report. She had sex twice after 18.

Romance?! Is romance now having sex in a high school bathroom? If so, then culture and society have degenerated even more than I realized, and I didn't have a very high estimate of it all before. This girl is a filthy predator. That's criminal activity no matter the gender of her victim. She should do time and be labelled a sexual predator for the rest of her life.
Would you feel the same way if it was your son or daughter?

The girls were 14 and 17 when they began seeing each other, they are now 15 and 18. It wasn't until the older girl turned 18 did the sex become a serious offense. If she had been arrested at 17, she would be out by now, if she served any time at all and not a registered sex offender. And if any of y'all went to a high school where there weren't any junior or senior boys who "dated" freshman girls, you weren't paying attention.

So now you resort to using racial attacks against us African Americans. You're prejudiced.

Pay attention to the truth not the propaganda. The child was 14 and the adult was 18 when they met and started the relationship. http://www.scribd.com/doc/142642135/Kaitlyn-H...

Okay but what would make you use the N word? If it has nothing to do with race or color that nasty slur was unnecessary .Using the N word does not help one understand the law at all. That was just ugly. I cant, I just cant.

And I still think that if it was OK under the law for them to have sex when she was 17, they should not become criminals because Kaitlyn is now 18.

If these parents regarded her as a 'molester' why did they allow the 'relationship' to continue till Kaitlyn turned 18? If they felt their daughter was being 'abused' then they failed to protect her welfare by not doing something sooner.

I don;t think either parent knew their child was gay until all this became public.

It's not something a parent would be proud of.

Read the facts.
Kaitlyn Hunt's senior year started 6 days after she turned 18. It would therefore be impossible that they met before she turned 18. The parents could not have been lying in wait to press charges against someone their daughter had not even met yet. According to the arrest affidavit this young "lady" had lesbian sex in a public bathroom *twice* at her high school. Which mean she exposed other under age children to her lewd acts
The victim's parents also pleaded with Hunt to cease and desist. She defiantly did what SHE wanted instead of what the child's parents instructed... REPEATEDLY. She's really lucky she's not looking at kidnapping, and a couple of other charges as well.

You tell me, if an adult male, whom had been carrying on a relationship with your 14 year old daughter helped her run away for the purposes of engaging in sexual activities with her, AFTER having been told to stay away from her numerous times, what would YOU do? How would YOU feel about it?
What's the difference with the Kaitlyn Hunt case?... Not a damned thing. That IS what happened, only the adult male was an adult female named Kaitlyn Hunt.

I was under the impression the younger girl had run away prior to Kaitlyn turning 18 and returned prior to Kaitlyn being 18.
