Sorry, page 1...

Earlier this year Cathey said:

"We’re a restaurant that has a hospitality that says we’re here to embrace everyone who wants to come and be part of Chick-fil-A. We have a whole spectrum of team members that work with us who are part of the gay and lesbian community. They know as employees of Chick-fil-A that they are welcomed, they are embraced, and they are part of the Chick-fil-A family. So to be identified with some sort of hate group that has a political agenda—that is not Chick-fil-A at all.”

He's a hypocrite.

I don't eat at chick filet only because I need to stay away from fast food.

While this is a somewhat complex issue overall, I'd urge eating there if you like the food, and not if you don't.
This whole idea of eating there in support of some wacko, or abstaining in protest against seems, in this case at least, foolish.

Are we now going to research every corp's CEO as a litmus test on whether or not we buy/consume their products?
And, if so, whose research are we going to believe?
Sarah Palin?
Jesse Jackson?

FYI: I've a few lesbian friends, none of whom has asked my help in this gay marriage thing. I'm thinking they're on it...
(must admit though they have built me some nice cabinets...)

I had some lesbians build me a fence recently. It was all tongue in groove. They didn't use a single stud. Looks great.

That's exactly it, Stinky.

I have more than a few lesbian friends. And although they are outspoken sometimes, they are good friends nonetheless. I don't eat there and I don't think any of them do either since Chik-fil-A is pretty much limited to poisoning the Southeast and not so much up here in the Midwest.

Oh! So you see bigotry as a business? Perhaps, with more bigotry we can erase that deficit, end taxes and all live unhappily ever after? BTW, if you heat Ben & Jerry's ice cream, you're not getting the full effect of the ice or the cream.
What bigotry? What did Dan Cathy say that you find so offensive that you advocate boycotting his likelihoods and that over every employee and vendor?

What's the horrendous crime? Expressing he feels marriage should be one man and one woman because of his Christian faith? How is a profession of religious faith, hate?

You broke it down to the livlihoods of his employees and vendors, saying that protesting his giving millions to hate groups would only hurt them. Thus, the business of bigotry.

If you're not going to pay attention to what you post, I won't either.

Apparently a lot of people or they would open at lunch instead. If you don't like their food that's fine. No one cares. There are plenty of other fast food restaurants out there.

I went to my local Chick McBigots today just to see the lesbians making out - from what I could see it was all tongue in cheek.

Funny thing is, hundreds of Christians were lined up around the block trying to get a chicken sandwich at my local Chick McBigots, but I don't recall seeing any lining up to volunteer at the Food Bank or homeless shelter.
